It was a total suprise. The rooms were nice and cozy. Honestly, I didn’t hear the train at night so sleep was peaceful. They had these awesome breakfast at the resturant with a view of the water front. Overall, Its a great place.

the design of the villa was so good and fabulous

so many things that I was disappointed with,, firstly the noises of the train woke me up in the middle of the night that meant there weren’t any soundproofing in the property, also the cleaning wasn’t that good on the second day thay organized the bed and took the dirty towels and that’s it they didn’t bring new ones or new bed sheets, also the room service it was like there is no room service, they ignored my needs when I called them midnight, but the next day when I complained they did everything I wanted.

if i had a chance i would have given more than 10 points personel was one of the best team i have ever seen. they were all helpfull and friendly. we felt the respect and politeness. location was top. lake view was not forgettable. also close to other locations like camteras or kandira kerpe breakfast was perfect. with a nice seen of lake it was a wonderfull experience restaurant was also very delicious. they have bikes for free for sportlers😊 it was clean and rooms were quiet ok. if i come again i know where to book😎 thanks to all team cagri

all was perfect only one trashbox was missing to us in the sleepingroom but we used the one in bath😎

mostly everything especially locations, friendly stuff, excellent breakfast with very appropriate timing

they usually turn all lights around the property mid night with a lot of dogs make the children scared to get inside the studio, the upstairs room needs curtains to avoid the sun light coming from the roof early morning.

The breakfast was amazing. Location is extra ordinary. It was a well developed complex overall i had a good experience.

Unfortunately the drainage system was not working properly as the water in the shower spoils around which needs attention

the view from the veranda is very nice, the room is very nicely decorated. we visited in winter on a cold weekend but room warmed up easily.

I liked the Villa that we booked as its lake view and closed to the facilities and restaurant. The breakfast wonderful and the food in general

The reservation was in Euros but the payment on arrival in Turkish lira and the currency difference is not in the interest of the customers. Not closed to the market as you need a car, also the sound of the train is annoying.

The reception staff are excellent and smiling, as well as providing all services with perfection. The resort is beautiful on Sapanca Lake, and also the restaurant offers the most delicious types of food

The location and staff were awesome. The breakfast was great. The cacilities are clean and comfortable

The room size is really small. Good for light travel of 2 days or so.
