Everything was wonderful. The A/C in every room and the living room made our stay pleasant since we arrived at middle of June the wether was warm during the day. Kamar was one of the most persons who didn’t hesitate to help us when needed.

The deposit they asked for was not mentioned at booking when I booked the villa that annoyed me most specially when they asked for a 100$ on visa card. My visa was rejected by their device which was even weirder. They didn’t accept cash either. I had to let one of my family’s passport a deposit to solve this issue.

Very polite and helpful staff, Ms Ayse and Ms Neriman did their best to entertain all our requests during our stay. Location is excellent for family holidays, very close to shops for all your needs. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those looking for peaceful holiday place.

Property needs some refurbishing, specifically bathroom fixtures were worn out but still usable. Overall from old to young all my family loved the place and enjoyed every day of our stay.

The staff, all house keepers are amazing. They keep smiling and do their best to help despite the language barrier.

1- As I arrived, I was greeted by a gloomy lady. She was not happy to see us. Her attitude was not acceptable. 2- I was in villa 10 which was built differently than the other villas. Because of my condition, I couldn’t take the stairs to go up because they were not safe.

An absolutely incredible stay! The location itself is breathtaking—surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the mountains and the Sapanca cable car. Waking up to such scenery was a true delight. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. They were beyond amazing—exceptionally kind, always available, and incredibly attentive. Their level of service was simply outstanding, making me feel valued and cared for at every moment. A perfect blend of beauty and hospitality. I would return in a heartbeat

While the experience was overall fantastic, a few small improvements in the property’s maintenance could make it even more perfect. Nonetheless, the charm of the location and the warmth of the team made for a memorable visit. Looking forward to returning!

I loved everything about the Villa Kirkpinar from the facilities to the amazing staff. Each and every one of them were hospitable and friendly! They were more than helpful and would always ask if I needed anything else before the end of day. The food there is amazing as well! I am definitely going back to stay there and hopefully soon. This was easily one of the BEST retreats in Turkey Amazing beautiful place, extraordinary breakfast, spacious villa, and amazing amazing hosts and staff Definitely worth the visit to Sapanca and truly one of the gems of Turkey The staff is super friendly and supportive, daily cleaning service and always checks if you need anything

The only very minor comment is that you need to watch the railing on the second floor if you have kids, it is a bit too short

The place is picturesque and beautiful. We stayed in villa 15 which is in a league of its own. The staff were super kind and thoughtful and constantly checked up on us to make sure we were feeling welcome. Despite it being in the winter we managed to stay warm and cozy throughout the stay. Never a boring moment as walking around you will always have a memorable view at every corner.

I stayed in a private villa with a pool, and it was an incredible experience. I especially liked the attentive service provided by the woman managing the property, which added a personal touch to the stay. The location was perfect, and the beautifully maintained garden created a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was good. From our last minute booking to our arrival. And the villa.. it was stunning.. can't get enough of the place serenity. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the property to the staff, it was one of my best holiday getaways.
