Everything was wonderful. The A/C in every room and the living room made our stay pleasant since we arrived at middle of June the wether was warm during the day. Kamar was one of the most persons who didn’t hesitate to help us when needed.

The deposit they asked for was not mentioned at booking when I booked the villa that annoyed me most specially when they asked for a 100$ on visa card. My visa was rejected by their device which was even weirder. They didn’t accept cash either. I had to let one of my family’s passport a deposit to solve this issue.

Very polite and helpful staff, Ms Ayse and Ms Neriman did their best to entertain all our requests during our stay. Location is excellent for family holidays, very close to shops for all your needs. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those looking for peaceful holiday place.

Property needs some refurbishing, specifically bathroom fixtures were worn out but still usable. Overall from old to young all my family loved the place and enjoyed every day of our stay.

The staff, all house keepers are amazing. They keep smiling and do their best to help despite the language barrier.

1- As I arrived, I was greeted by a gloomy lady. She was not happy to see us. Her attitude was not acceptable. 2- I was in villa 10 which was built differently than the other villas. Because of my condition, I couldn’t take the stairs to go up because they were not safe.

Their professionalism, support and thoughtfulness truly made my stay enjoyable. They treated me like family creating an environment that felt welcoming and comforting. Shams, the owner exemplifies the essence of hospitality. She goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for and her dedication is evident throughout the hotel. The combination of her leadership and the staff’s commitment to service creates a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location is ideal close to everything you might need. The food was delightful, adding to the overall charm of my stay. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this has been one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. Nothing, all good. I wanted to bring up a couple of small maintenance items. It seems that the door hinges could use some oiling to reduce the noise, and it might be worth considering a change of the door look set for a quieter atmosphere.😎

A Hidden Sanctuary of Peace and Comfort Villa Kirkpinar is a true haven of tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery, with charming swings, hammocks, and plenty of cozy outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. The property beautifully blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering both traditional houses and sleek, contemporary villas. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our villa (villa with garden view), newly built with a peaceful garden view, was thoughtfully designed with a fresh, modern aesthetic and came fully equipped with everything we could need—from a barbecue grill and a complete kitchen to a washing machine for added convenience. There are also a few small local shops nearby, along with an on-site café. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Mehmet Bey kindly helped us with our luggage using his electric cart, and the entire team—Lara, Qamar, Ayşegül, Nur, Sara, Derya, and Seher—was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, checking in daily to ensure we were comfortable. The level of care and service we received was truly exceptional.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property is even more beautiful than the photos – spacious, stylish, and immaculately clean. The villa had everything we needed and more, from a fully equipped kitchen to washing area and relaxing outdoor space. The setting was peaceful and private, making it ideal for a relaxing retreat, yet still conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful tips and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay, would name few to thank Shams, Ayşegül, Lara and Qamar and entire team welcomed and cared as their own guests. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious, quiet escape – we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

An absolutely incredible stay! The location itself is breathtaking—surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the mountains and the Sapanca cable car. Waking up to such scenery was a true delight. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. They were beyond amazing—exceptionally kind, always available, and incredibly attentive. Their level of service was simply outstanding, making me feel valued and cared for at every moment. A perfect blend of beauty and hospitality. I would return in a heartbeat

While the experience was overall fantastic, a few small improvements in the property’s maintenance could make it even more perfect. Nonetheless, the charm of the location and the warmth of the team made for a memorable visit. Looking forward to returning!

The villa having air condition, equipped with cooking utensils, and all the windows have the shutter option. The staff were so friendly and fast responding (especially Qamar 💕) The garden is great, had a lot of trees, I loved the swimming pool the water was cold so it’s refreshing The grocery is 4 minutes walk from the villa

The furniture was old (they told me they will change it) and the stairs for the second floor a little tiring for the elderly. but that’s okay because they have their rooms at the first floor

I loved everything about the Villa Kirkpinar from the facilities to the amazing staff. Each and every one of them were hospitable and friendly! They were more than helpful and would always ask if I needed anything else before the end of day. The food there is amazing as well! I am definitely going back to stay there and hopefully soon.
