the location is amazing with natural forests and lots of walking tracks inside the hotel resort itself. breakfast and dinner also has a very large variety.

the food in general was ok not so amazing and the staff were not so welcoming and nice. i’m used to amazing hospitality so it lacked in that aspect. also i found spider webs in the room so not sure how clean they were

1-the room 200m. From the lift. And we old people. 2.the front office gave us not special room far not in the highest floor. Although we ask her for this3.the reception people not helpful 4-the restaurant very very crowded

Perfect service, delicious food, very tasty varieties during tea time and dinner . Not only enriched buffet and also very tasty items. Many other hotels should benchmark this hotel , really. Very good options for kids and you will find very good music and relaxing alternatives for adults. I highly recommend to stay

excellent hotel with many things to do. the food (breakfast and dinner) which was included in room rate is great they have kids club where you can leave your children under supervision of the staff game rooms and multiple cafe (reasonable charge) the pool is huge with a small one for children next to which there are a outdoor playground finally you can enjoy a walk in the mountains connected to the backyard of the hotel (safe and guarded) you will spend all your time inside this property. for us there was not much time left to spend outside the hotel during our two days stay

need to equip the room with an ironing machine 😅

The place is very beautiful, clean and very classy. The treatment of the employees was very professional, and there are people who speak Arabic. They helped us very much. I thank Mohammed, and Mustafa, thank you very special.

Great place and service. Front desk doing great job. Very big rooms, everything is new. Huge pool, very green outside. Nice food selection.

The only thing that surprised was that no coffee or cappuccino at breakfast.

Have many cafe .. entertainment… for adult and kids

The half board is a good deal; there was quality and verity. Facilities within the hotel would keep you enjoyed and relaxed for two days at least.

Minuture golf course needs further established. New set of beds should be attained for the hotel. The shower was a bit unfunctional
