The views are amazing. The restaurant is very good and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The walkway is very serene. The activities were a nice option (zip line, swings, obstacle course). The front desk was quick in responding to requests.

It’s a bit far out from town but if you plan to be isolated, it’s perfect. There’s a market in the resort but not too many things available. I would suggest you bring snacks and drinks with you to keep in the room. Two full days is enough to stay here as there isn’t much more to do after that. The room isn’t cleaned daily like a regular hotel. you need to arrange it with the reception. English is limited by most staff so communication was a bit tricky with some things.

Location, staff, very clean, specious room, the food was exceptional at the restaurant,kids club and some activities for kids were helpful and the coffee shop was super, the Wi-Fi was fast and available everywhere I recommend this hotel strongly.♥️

I hope this hotel has swimming pool in future at least for kids, it needs fan or air conditioner inside the room and Ear cleaning stick and other facilities.

Not all the food menu at the restaurant was available. The breakfast they provided was not that varied compared to last year. (I mean the one which came free with the booking) the TV in the room was not a smart TV.

The road to the resort is bad and dangerous but i think all trabzon like this unfortunately There is no laundry service The lights in the rooms are not good These negative things are really very minor

Only I could not recharge my mobile phone as socket was available in every where in resort with round shape hole and same in shape plug was not available in this property

The entire resort is located between the clouds, amazing architecture and design, the rooms were cozy and beautifully furnished, the resort has activities for groups and couples and families

I would recommend to get the staff familiar with the basics of english specially that most of the guests are not turkish, i founds it difficult to communicate at some points. Although they tried their best to help yet there was a gap, also one of the pillows was not clean .

Foleya Mountain Resort was our first destination in Trabzon, and it was breathtakingly beautiful. The location, the tranquility, and the natural surroundings felt like a dream I never wanted to end. We requested a fire to be started, adding a unique touch to our experience. There's so much to say, but to get to the point, this resort is truly one of a kind. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the activities were top-notch. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The atmosphere was super nice. The overall experience was great! The place is suitable for families and couples especially those who like isolation and quietness. There is cart service free of charge to take you up the hill from your chalet to the restaurant or the café. The staff were very friendly; Special Thanks to Ali, Hadice, Mahir and Celal.

We stayed a week in Foleya. Some days we had a buffet for breakfast while others we didn't. There should be a consistency in the service or at least provide the guest with the same variety of food as the buffet. Housekeeping should be provided everyday and not only upon request. The kids club is really dirty. Please cover the sockets and wires, clean the balls and underneath the jumper because it's very smelly and dusty. This could be dangerous to kids health. The price is very expensive compared to similar places in other more expensive countries. I'd recommend to provide special offers for loyal customers.

first of all the weather was amazing cold outside with snow shower and warm inside, the villa was comfortable with three well organised bed rooms and a large salon with a kitchen, a lot of privacy you feel so calm. the staff are amazing,I appreciate Mr. Recep collaboration he is one of a kind so helpful, the cafe staff and the restaurant are helpful and polite. I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend to all friends and family.

We had an unforgettable experience at Foleya Resort. The location is truly breathtaking, surrounded by serene beauty. The Suite was luxurious and had an amazing view in the middle of the forest. Recep Ali, the manager, welcomed us warmly and spoke good English. The staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a blast trying out activities like the zipline and swing. The resort's magical atmosphere was so captivating that we didn't feel the need to leave and explore nearby places. I highly recommend Foelya Resort for an enchanting getaway – we can't wait to come back!
