Perfect location in downtown Kingston, close to the airport. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was satisfying. Staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Room felt a little on the warmer side, even if I changed the thermostat. Could have done a little more local dishes. Heated saltwater pool.

Downtown Kingston is quite run down and feels a bit sparse of things to do but I appreciate this hotel is part of a wider attempt to regenerate the area

The hotel doesn't provide enough water and one has to really ask multiple times before they give you water

The hotel was clean and it took only 25 minutes from the airport. The concierge provided good service of pick up. Everything was overall good.

At the breakfast, when I tried to refill my juice or coffee, they didn't let me touch the machine or the big juice jar, not like all other normal hotels. That was strange.

A nice Hilton Hotel in Downtown Kingston close to the airport. Check in was smooth although they were giving me a little stress about my 3rd baby (child) occupying the room! It was a 4 persons max occupancy. Aside from that the staff were excellent and very accommodating. Sasha the waitress at the Pool Restaurant/ Bar was exceptionally polite and very helpful. The executive chef “Volae” was wonderful, the food was excellent. The pool is lovely and there are enough beds and towels.

The rooms are very clean and a suitable size, the only thing that was a real negative was the lack of lighting and the shower! It would be great if a detachable shower hose was in the shower (especially for young children & hair washing).

Professional staff which could handle special requests too. Super nice and patient(!) and respectful(!) people, stand out in the Caribbean! I think by them the hotel can represent the brand easier. The location is great, close to everything central and srill not far from the airport. It has a small market with good food and staff. Keep it up, ROK Kingston!

-The cleaning staff was quite loud with their radios and so. -The AC sounded weird and woke me up at night, but it became better later, maybe they fixed it. I used an earplug ultimately... -There was no even biscuit or chips but only water, tea and coffee for free

The location was ideal. The decor, rooms and grounds were modern. Helpful staff. Loved the breakfast and bar menu. Comfortable bed.

The water in the shower was luke warm and it was such a disappointment. This was the only downfall. Also, I felt like the vibes in the hotel was a bit dry on some nights. Needed more vibes ands hotel entertainment. The rooftop chairs need to be cleaned and maintained.

Food worth the money. The staff are all very friendly, they ALL say hello to you. Great location. Modern, fresh but funky, artsy hotel. They play lovely music by the pool, great sunbeds, towels and cabanas to relax in. Good wifi. Breakfast good choices are worth it. Room, great TV and choice of channels. Great modern room to chill out in, with coffee machine. We had great harbour views so enjoyed ship watching.

Pool not deep enough!! Great for volleyball and kids, not great for a good length for swimmers. Could be longer with the deeper depth!

The Amenities was good staff friendly location great and the security overall was great ..

Reference :the booking information I need clarification on my booking details wehther or not I had paid for breakfast for two.. plus I think those at the front desk and other that standing for long periods should be given high seat or chairs to get the job done in a more professional way...this is my opinion..

The room was very modern and had that urban chic design that i loved, the staff were friendly and welcoming. check in experience was great, they explained all areas and of the property and what i was entitled to and were i could access things. Breakfast was great, team and food i loved.

the dinner service needs work, i had one of your boxes with different selections which was good but i had to return the platter to get sauces added as well as the pork was tough, my spouse had the Atlantic salmon which he loved, i had dessert the mango cheese cake- i would have preferred a different presentation it was presented as 4- 5 small bites versus a slice nicely presented would have made a difference. also the prices are quoted in US dollars, we either get Jamaican Figures or be told the rate of exchange at the start when we receive the menu.
