Very good value for money. Strategic location, mostly old but functional and decent furnitures. Bed was very comfy. Water pressure was good and hot water was available almost always quicky. Staffs were responsive and helpful. For my personal preference, not overly courteous.

Quite hard to control the room lighting as the nuance was rather dimmed than vibrant. Chiller not that cold despite setting the low temp. Elevators were dated and not sync between one another - you call one, the other elevators will not automatically respond. Kids pool was dirty.

Fantastic hotel at a very reasonable price. Perfect location, easy to get to from the airport. It’s right next to Mangga Besar, so you have plenty of food options to choose from. Every member of staff here are polite and professional, true Indonesian hospitality. I highly recommend this place :-)

although the hotel is old, but the room is clean. and quiet for sleep. the bed is soft and confortable. location just fine, you can find burger king and starbuks just 100-200 meters away. a lot of convinience shops nearby. staff are friendly and nice

the towel is not soft enough they dont have much choice for breakfast, and i had diarrhea just 10 minutes after the breakfast( i ate chichen and pasta), though i am not sure if it was the breakfast caused this or the abuda steak i ate last night outside.

The room was very clean and the furniture very neat, feels like a true 5 star hotel.

The location is terrible! I didn't have high expectations about the area but I didn't think it would be that bad. It's almost a slum area, no proper eating options around you and not enjoyable to walk around. All inside the room was great and you get good view, but the toilet was a little cramped.

It was good value. They had good facilities in the pool and gym. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The dinner menu was overpriced and not great (availability limited). Some facilities lacking ie hand soap and hand towel in the rooms.

Spacious, clean, great facilities and service. The staff was supernice and helpful. Breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Loved the bubur and jajanan bar but also great choices of Indonesian food, different menu every day. Location really great, close to Kota Tua, Abang Tanah and Glodok.

Fair spread of breakfast for selection. Opening timing is good. Easy to hail taxis, as they are queuing inside the hotel compound. Staff are very helpful and always wearing their smiles.

Toiletry and room sleepers not provided. Upon request, only the room sleepers were given. Things like shavers, shaving cream not provided.

A few Mercure hotels were here until my grab driver sent me to the wrong location (his fault actually). Buffet lunch absolutely not recommended. Breakfast also seems so basic and purely Indonesian food I guess. Not so appetizing for me. Luckily they serve fruits and bread.

old but a good value for money hotel... of many hotels i stayed in jakarta,this hotel has plenty of tv channels and the channels reception was very good
