Clean room, adequateand bright enouigh lighting to read and do some work at night, Location is superbas it is connecting with a shopping mall which as restaurants and a supermarket.

Depending on te room assigned, some rooms face another high-rise apartment building and opening the curtain fully also means people can see through into the room. Wish the congee is not chicken congee everyday. Perhaps good to have the meat/chicken separte so vegetarian can have the congee too and non-vegetarian can add the chicken and the chicken stock themselves.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

We didn't dislike anything, however, we wish their sauna and jacuzzi were operational.

I used to stay here past 3 years. But this time i feel so bad. The curtain slide unable to close fully….its jamm 1/2 way. The bathroom door keep stuck….very difficult to open/close also no lock for the door. About breakfast……the egg station need to be improved. Other than that im happy with everything

Breakfast was excellent with many good choices. Love the porridge! The restaurant view was a plus. I love the connection to the mall. Lots of restaurants as well and just walking distance to another mall. The check-in staff were polite and lovely. The rooms were clean.

Leaking on both our bathroom and also my sister's room. This could be maintain better.

The location is excellent, staff and service is fantastic and the breakfast buffet was exceptional! This was our second stay, once before COVID and once after and we were not disappointed. All of our expectations were met and the room was so comfortable.

The pool opening hours are only until 7pm

Very exceptional value hotel with friendy helpful staff. Room had everything could possibility want and need. Allowed me late checkout so i can get to aitport at right time.

Breakfast quality average. Wanted sunny side up for two but they ran out of eggs. Waited for a good 45 mins!!! They do not replenish food fast enough.
