Excellent location, very helpful staff, most importantly dedicated parking underground for hotel guests round the clock. Every day room service who make the rooms sparkling clean daily - can’t find anywhere else.

Central air conditioning wasn’t doing as good as it should be but it was a lot comfortable in the room when outside was 45 degree centigrade. Also not all lifts work in the hotel at all times but thanks to the staff who allowed guests to use staff lifts

Very good room for the price.

The hotel is not staffed. Entry is via the night entrance and not the main entrance. One has to press a buzzer to enter. I assume a member of staff views a video camera remotely and let's you in. Once through the doors you have to use a check-in machine. Enter reservation number, scan ID etc. Edit any of the data that has been auto-filled on the system....it took me a moment to work out why it would not complete the registration. A second time this would take seconds but time consuming the first time.

Large, comfortable room with air conditioning. Free, safe parking in the underground garage.

No personal contact. Book in on a machine and when you don’t have the required references you have to phone up. Not a great problem and the receptionist on the phone was very helpful, just strange to have no reception. No meals possible at the hotel, but there are places local.

Lovely and clean room, which was cleaned daily. Free underground parking, a big bonus ! It's right off the motorway so easy to find and lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby for food. The access to Barcelona is pretty easy if you don't want to drive, you can catch a bus or catch the train....I would recommend the train option(station about 15 mins away) as it takes you straight into Plaza de Catalunya for €5.50 return....not bad! The bus is OK, but it drops you off about 3km from Barcelona, so quite a trek.And it's good value for money.....Check in service is a bit different.....but simple enough.

A bit strange having no one from the hotel on site, but someone was at the end of the intercom if needed.

Comfortable rooms, easy parking under building, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurants a short walk away. Coffee, water and juice on tap in the lobby.

No on-site Cafe but there may be one coming soon.

Quiet location within easy travelling by train to Barcelona and away from the buzz of the city. Room was clean, well organised and spacious. Local cafes sndxrsstsurants within walking distance.

No reception on arrival. Check in by machine impersonal and confusing. Not made clear at booking that out ofvhoyrs reception not available

The room was very spacious and were traveling with two small kids. We had some issues with our room and keycard and we could always reach someone from the staff to help us. There are a number of small restaurants, supermarkets and a playground in sorry walking distance.
