Breakfast was better than most places. Hot food, flavorful with a big selection. Worth getting up early for each day. The room I got had everything and more. Comfortable, spacious and every option wanted. Very clean, and soft towels. Saw three different workers at the front desk during my stay and they were all friendly, professional and helpful. Great job!

I have nothing to complain about this property. If anything, maybe a few more coffee packets in the room as I was staying for three nights and had gone through them the first full day. If I said there was something about this property that I didn't like, it would be a lie

The hotel was in a good location for visiting the attractions in the area. The staff were all friendly, interested and helpful. We particularly booked this one as it had laundry facilities but, unfortunately the dryer broke down. The staff immediately took our wet washing and used the hotel's own laundry to dry it.

This was the first Comfort Inn we used that didn't offer breakfast and there was nothing in the immediate vicinity.

The breakfast was good, the room was very clean and value was exceptional. I stayed the night before in Toronto at a hotel 3x the price and the value was not there. The room was dirty so I asked to change the room, the parking was $40 for an overnight stay and the breakfast was not included and was a whopping $35. The Comfort in had a free breakfast that included eggs, toast, yogurt, sausage patties and a waffle maker which was great, the room was spotless, the parking was included and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nothing. I think that the comfort in was a great motel. The check-in process was easy-breezy, the hotel staff were helpful with recommendations on what was close for our needs and finally the room was clean. I could not ask for more for the price we paid. I would only recommend to go to breakfast early if you want eggs or sausage because the tray was not very large but that is a pretty insignificant problem.

Close to highways, gas station, many restaurants. Nice, friendly staff. Renovated rooms.

We paid a little more to be on the first floor, with the understanding that it gave us direct access to our room from a parking spot in front but although we have always followed the rule that if you have a 2nd floor room, you park at the back, others did not follow the rule. Also, we had a communicating door with the room next door and heard the tv on all night for 2 nights.

Clean, good breakfast, easy to check in considering the language barrier.

Charged 90$ for pet fee. Other Comfort Inn that we stayed at in Winnipeg only charged 15$ and other hotels we stayed going to Winnipeg and later returning home, charged similar or 20$.

The staff were willing to help us when we arrived to find out that the room had been changed to queen size beds instead of our request for a king size bed room.

Our room was changed by booking.com to two queen size beds instead of the king size bed we has requested. We were not able to contact anyone to find out why..

The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Free breakfast. The room had a small fridge and a microwave.

There was no shower cap in the bathroom, and when I asked the housekeeping lady if I could have one, she told me they don't give shower caps; it was my responsibility to bring one. My bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was decent, although would be nice if it started earlier

Did not follow the pay upon arrival policy agreed upon on the booking.com website. Took full payment a month before arrival with no warning.

The front entrance, the doors windows need to be cleaned, really. Not inviting when you see dirty windows at the first sight

The staff went above and beyond. I dropped my engagement ring down the drain and Niko the director of maintenance made a special trip to the hotel to retrieve it. So grateful to the staff for going the extra mile for me. Niko was amazing!!
