Rooms are quite good, clean and comfortable and the hotel has a very nice place and good parking area. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful There are several restaurants nearby, also there is Panada market directly beside the hotel. In the same street, there is Fitness time for men, ladies and junior. Also it is very near to the Taibah beach, Alnakheel beach and fanateer beach The restaurant at the hotel was really good. The hotel is quite modern. The room is spacious, and the location is new, modern and excellent. This area is very clean and almost 25-20 Km from Al-Jubail city. Many shops and eateries are within two minutes' walking distance.

Despite a confirmation for a twin room, it was not available. We booked a twin-bed room, but it was unavailable. The staff member, Ms Shahab, helped us get the room. Thanks to her.

It was an awesome holiday we had! All staffs were very accomodating especially their manager sir ejaz, the chief chef of the restaurant, crew had provided us an excellent service. Their service really amazed us, they treated us like a family, like we have known each other for long time. My friends asked me if i came there already, and i said it was my first time to be there. Its all worth it to go back and spend time for a rest, there in HOLIDAY INN JUBAIL. surely, they will take care of you. I probably go back for another holiday there.

Everything about it is wonderful. One special thing is that the bed was extremely comfortable! Another thing is that they upgraded my room to a suite without asking!

It is not that big deal, however, they may give you a room that is really far away way and you have to walk a long distance from the reception.

The room is very clean and cozy. We had check in very late already morning (1:00 am) and asked some small favor from the receptionist however the answer is negative without even checking first if he can upgrade the room for my husband visitor.

A very excellent hotel and I would recommend it. Personally, I would not think of living in another one if I visit Jubail city again, cleanliness, very very high morals, delicious breakfast, and more than wonderful service. I personally dealt with Mr. Turki, Ms. Sarah & Ms. Yosr. and I thank them for the nobility of his creation. The hotel treats the guest with love and kindness. Nothing so but need more options for breakfast and value is a bit high.

Clean, new, nice rooms. Much better overlooking the courtyard as quieter. Breakfast was good. Good parking. Beds were gorgeous and curtains gave full light block.

The less expensive room had noise through the adjoining door from the next room, and traffic noise from the street. Staff were not thinking about things from the customer's perspective.... the waiter asked me to scan a QR code to provide feedback on the breakfast meal before I had started breakfast. The lovely friendly lady at reception allocated me (traveling alone) to an adjoining room (occupied by 2 people). Why do that when there wasn't full occupancy? To be fair they did move and upgrade me on request but it was an unthinking thing to do when checking me in. No bath.
