Very nice! Clean hotel. I had the 2 room king suite Check in 3pm Check out 12pm Walking into my room, I was greeting my name on the TV. 5pm to 7pm They served complimentary snacks and drinks, which basically consisted of chips/dips/assorted crackers/pretzels a whole spread of snacks! Bartender made requested drinks TGI Fridays was connected to the hotel which was fantastic bc we had a 15% off coupon given by the hotel at check in. The pool (6am to 10pm) was ok kids enjoyed it...bummer the jacuzzi was broke....nice gym area(24 hrs) Breakfast served at 7am to 1030am French toast, pancakes, biscuits gravy, sausage, ham, potatoes, eggs Variety of cereals cold/hot Variety of Muffins/breads/bagels Coffee/juices teas And omelets mad to order the way u want! The staff was nice and helpful. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas

More towels in the bathroom match the number of guests staying versus having to go and ask for them. And all the bedding for the pull out couch i.e. blankets extra pillows

The staff was exceptional. Everyone is spoke to was kind and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast and social hour options were pretty good. The cocktail I received at the evening reception was well made and there were a few snack options. Breakfast was a fairly standard hotel breakfast, and the staff at breakfast were great!

The people in the room next to mine were incredibly loud until all hours of the morning, and the sound traveled through the walls. The hot tub in the pool area was not operational and taped off, and the pool looked a little murky.

The lobby is beautiful and the hot breakfast is excellent. My omelet was cooked to perfection. And the man who cooked it is very good at his job. The entire breakfast was wonderful. I love that it has a TGI Friday's attached, and you can walk out of the hotel into the restaurant without going outside. That's good during bad weather and in the cold months. All the front desk receptionists were very nice. My room had plenty of space and everything was very clean. It was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel only has two carts and when I checked out there were none to be found. I am disabled and I was traveling alone and found it almost impossible to get my belongings to my car from my room without a cart. It was very painful for me. The young ladies at the front desk said they had not seen a cart all morning and by this time it was around 10:30. More carts are needed, especially when you have a hotel full of people and everyone is trying to check out by the deadline.

The breakfast was fantastic. Much better than most hotel breakfasts. I had to work during our stay and having the bedroom separate was perfect. My husband was able to sleep while I worked which he can rarely do in a hotel room/suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Some of the guests were a bit messy. This was no reflection on Embassy Suites at all. We found trash that guests had left in common areas and that was unfortunate. But, the staff was quick to clean up anything they came across.

The staff always friendly. We visited here before and they're very attentive to your concerns and needs. Looking forward to future stays.

If I had to say anything negative and it's so minor. They should have the pool open later than 8pm. It should be till 10 or 11. And that they didn't have happy hour on christmas. And the ice machine was out on our floor but it was available on another floor. Otherwise these aren't really negative just adjustments.

Clean and spacious rooms. It was nice having a fridge in the room and seperate living/sleeping sections. Good breakfast buffet available and happy hour was a nice addition. Smart tvs in the room were great as well. Bathrooms had complimentary shampoo and conditioner which was unexpected, but nice to have. Overall a great experience!!!

Noise from lobby echoes to the rooms, but not into the bedroom section.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Every one of them that we encountered throughout our stay was so kind and helpful!! Especially the front desk ladies! We had an issue with the people staying above us being loud and they handled the issue for us fast and effectively! We travel a lot and this hotel and staff is by far one of the best we’ve been too! Very clean, comfortable, accommodating, helpful and went out of the way for anything we needed! Plus they had an amazing breakfast buffet! We will be back anytime we’re staying in the area!

The process was very nice everything was always so fresh and the happy hour was really good the only thing I would say that was a problem they need to figure out with their pillows and they need to get the elevator fixed they only had one elevator working and when I was there in the early December the same elevator was not working but other than that it was a wonderful day numb the elevator

Good location, breakfast chef was wonderful, good lobby for gathering. Clean. Good shower. Nice amenities for soap, etc cool arrangement of rooms with balcony overlooking huge center spce. Waterfall.. quiet and the dark made it easy to sleep. Two room arrangement was great!

Such low light in rooms it was hard to see. I used my flashlight to find things in some spaces. No overhead light in main rooms. No glasses in bathroom. At firstglass elabator was cool but got weird when you were on display for all in lobby. Black curtains in lobby?

I loved the cocktail reception and the breakfast. The staff were so helpful and kind. I like the location as we were close to Maryland and close to where I needed to go to pickup my son. Also, I liked the bathroom setup where the toilet wasn't near the shower.

I wish there were 2 entrances to the parking lot and not just the one entrance. I wish the room didn't have a connecting door to it because the door didn't close the whole way. I also saw mildew on the ceiling in the shower.
