I would like to tell you about one of your front desk receptionist when I checked in at this Baymont located at 4850 S. Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers, Florida 33907. I hope she get recognized by here Manager. ..HER NAME IS ROXIE :) She was very pleasant from the time I checked in . She was very knowledgeable about the area . She really has a great personality!!! And she definitely great at her job!! Her guest service skills are commendable:) If management would be so kind to tell ROXIE WHAT A GREAT JOB SHE IS DOING;) I would really appreciate it. The hot humid weather. And trying to get out of the parking lot and onto us 41 . Not fun

The hotel is older and needs a facelift but the location is centrally located , it’s older but clean and real bang for your buck ..this old dinner in the parking lot was the best of our stay “Mel’s dinner” is straight out of the 70’s …great food , fabulous breakfast , we didn’t eat the breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that

Pm front desk Caribbean lady extremely RUDE, UNCOURTEOUS, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, 2ND PM ALSO HAD BAD SERVICE FROM SAME CLERK DIDN'T TAKE FACE FROM PHONE SCREEN, RESPONDING WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING ME EXTREMELY RUDE!!

The front desk staff were reasonably nice, at not all reasonably priced places, they are always friendly up front. The cleaning ladies were exceptionally nice I like the placement in my room I like having Noah's Diner right there.

The price of the laundry was 4.50 to wash and to dry

THE BREAKFAST WAS CONFUSING. SIGN SAID YOU COULD NOT TAKE YOU FOOD OUT, HOWEVER THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE TO WARM UP YOUR FOOD. THUS THAT MAKES NO SENSE.......... I TOOK MINE BACK TO THE ROOM TO PUT IN MY MICROWAVE.

PUT A MIROWAVE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA.

Room was nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom was a little small and a little outdated but was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing!!! Grounds were kept well maintained.

Nothing really. Bathroom like I said was a little small but worked great.

Every day full cleaning clean bed linen and towels.For the same money elsewhere, they didn't even look at us for three days. We will be back.

There was no such. Naybe it's just that the breakfast was exactly the same for three days.But it was also very good and satisfactory anyway.

Lady at the front desk was cheerful and funny. The room was clean nice towels

I didn't like that I got locked out of my room at 9:45 in the morning. Check out was supposed to be 11:00 so I had to go all the way to the front desk to have them unlock my keys again. Although they were polite and did fix it quickly

The pool looked very nice. I unfortunately didn’t have time to go to it maybe next time. The bed was amazing better than the one at home. Tv was great to besides the remote

The TV remote was impossible to use. It either didn’t work at all or the buttons were so impossible to understand.

Location was great.Not far, from the fields to play softball tournament.

Was not told about the $200 deposit, nor was we ever told about a deposit for pets never have as many years. Have we stayed there?
