The location is in a very lovely neighborhood. The food was excellent. The room was nice and clean. The facility was very aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. The price was great. I would definitely stay again.

I did not like that I could hear the customers above us. We were also roomed near an exit so, each time someone entered or exited the side door, we would hear it.

I like the location, the rooms were clean while my room was anyway I like that they had bottles of soap shampoo conditioner and my shower was very hot they had very good soap and conditioner shampoo as well that was very comfortable and I didn't mind the freeway View.

What I did not like was the breakfast. They served eggs and biscuit and gravy the whole time. When I asked where was the breakfast meat they told me it was inside the gravy. Not everyone wants gravy. Serve breakfast meat such a sausage or bacon. That was my only discrepancy I was not going to get up early in the morning to go downstairs just for gravy and biscuits and eggs. You all need to upgrade your breakfast options. Or I'll need to find a better hotel to stay at when I come to town to visit my sister who's ill.

Good choices for breakfast, could have been a little different everyday but felt like same, but still exceeded the expectations. Thank you for being so clean and focused.

Breakfast didn't change more than two items, would have been better if it would have been little different recipes every couple days, which everyone would expect, love and enjoy. Overall, great experiance.

Comfort. Hard working staff. Allergy attentive. gluten free cereal and bread available. They said milk also but that must be for the dairy free people. All sheets and towels were very nice. Bed was comfortable and so was room temperature which we could adjust. Everything seemed new and worked well.

No way to watch special channels like Netflix etc would be all I could think of. BUT you don’t go on vacation to watch TV so it had local channels that sufficed. TV though should not say you could “cast” when you really couldn’t.

Location, price, breakfast choices, great attitude of employees. Also liked the fact that facility choose Milnor washer extractors for their laundry. I worked 40 years for Milnor and believe it is the best equipment on the market.

We had difficulty adjusting the room temperature down. It was below zero outside on several of our stay nights, so I was glad we had heat, but the fact that we could not adjust the temperature down made sleeping at night somewhat uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was so nice and Harsh the night time worker was wonderful! He made my family feel very welcome and was fun to joke around with! The room was clean, and we had no issues!

Breakfast was just ok, but it was nice having complementary breakfast, so no complaints.

Breakfast was good, not to many choices but its good enough. I like the all day coffee and the drinking station with hot water, I saw few guest with noodle cup. I like the room, wish the pillows are firm enough and big, I have to use 2 pillows because its too soft and when we lay down it will just flat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the housekeeping lady I forgot to get her name, she was so kind and friendly.

No microwave in the room. I know you don't like people eating in the room because of the smell but its normal I think nowadays, people likes to eat in their room for privacy. Most of the guest hotels are bringing food in their room.

I loved the breakfast in the morning.

The lady on Saturday morning seemed a bit rude and I was wondering about an early check in when I was told I could check in at 1pm but I was told when I arrived I could not check in til 2pm. This was a little frustrating considering my flight had landed in Chicago at 6:30am that morning.

had a good selection of food for breakfast with a nice dining area. There was plenty of parking and the temperature of my room was just right. the room looked newly decorated and clean.

Being close to the tollway-could hear the trucks. I was on the first floor and the bushes blocked my view outside.

The property was well maintained & there was ample parking
