The property was very clean and in a great location.

I did not like the way the guest rooms were situated with the "restroom portable" in my room. It felt very forced not to have a restroom with privacy, instead there is an obscured door that is slightly see through, the partial walls do not reach the ceiling, so if someone is going number two in the restroom you can totally smell them pooping while you are taking your shower. Gross.

Nice view, smiling staff, comfortable bed. Nice pool and place to relax.

I experienced some disappointing service issues during my stay. On multiple occasions, I had to wait two days for room cleaning and ended up reporting it twice to both reception and housekeeping, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The terrace furniture, particularly the sofas, was wet and somewhat dirty, giving an unkempt impression. It often felt like there was no staff presence at all — the terrace bar was empty, and the same applied to the pool area. Opening hours are limited. There were also no coffee options available on-site; I had to go downstairs to the neighboring Moxy hotel just for a cup of coffee.

The staff at reception were brilliant! I was delighted to be allowed to check in very early during the day. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and took a minute or so! I am particularly grateful to Dianna, Antonio and Ashley for having been amazingly kind, polite and welcoming. On several occasions I bumped into Antonio who spoke to me as if we had known each other for a long time - a genuinely friendly person! The cleaners of my room (#3136) did a great job everyday and the staff at the hotel entrance were remarkably kind. The hospitality was incredible! The panoramic view of Los Angeles was breathtaking. I was pleasantly surprised that the Pico metro station was a stone's throw away from the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance to downtown Los Angeles. Within minutes of arrival at the hotel, I found several grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. A truly wonderful experience!

I would have preferred to use only one elevator to go directly from my room floor (31st floor) to the ground floor rather than first go to the sky-lobby on the 34th floor and then descend to the ground floor, and vice versa.

Property was clean and well kept, front desk staff was super friendly—especially Ashley. She was such a sweetheart! Got a room with a view and it was gorgeous. I saw other reviews complaining about two separate elevators, but really wasn’t an issue at all. Also, we were right across the street from the convention center and crypto.com arena.

The incidentals/fees were not included in the total price like it usually is on booking.com. It added an extra $300 on our five-day stay. They allow you to use it for credit at store/restuarants at hotel, they give it back (what wasn’t used) at the end of your stay. Not the worst thing in the world, but should have been included in final price on here. Overall, I would stay there again.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel Marriott, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had as a family. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed by the entire hotel staff. A special mention goes to Deeana, Horacio, Crystal, Ariana, Oscar, and Jasmin, who made our stay truly memorable. They were attentive, helpful, and always ready to ensure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, making us feel at home even with young children. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It was delicious and plentiful, with a variety that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the pool is perfect for all ages, providing fun and relaxing moments for the whole family. The care and attention we received during our stay really made a difference. If you are planning a trip to Los Angeles, do not risk choosing another place. The AC Hotel Marriott is undoubtedly the best option. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the AC Marriott Hotel team for making our trip so special! We will certainly be returning!

Horacio, Antonio and ALL staff went above and beyond with their customer service. All staff greets you anywhere inside the hotel and outside in the valet area. I had eye surgery and I was having difficulties reading the menu and getting around, staff read the menu to me and since I could not see clearly what the food was during breakfast the staff was next to me explaining what the items were. I was offered complementary water bottles upon check in and was told about the different amenities available. There's a lovely patio next to the lobby. Walking distance to LA Live, arena. AC was not noisy and easy to control. Comfortable beds and modern decor. Staff explained the different elevators and how to get around. The pool area was nicely decorated, clean and had great decor. Has a small fridge.

Driving into the valet was small and hectic. It took 10-15 minutes to be helped by valet. It with the Moxy hotel, which would be fine if the area was bigger. The valet pickup is located in a larger different area than the drop off, so that was easier and quicker. There are a lot of restaurants on the lot but they lack a casual restaurant with simple options. No room service is available. We were told that we could use a QR code in the room to order pick up from the restaurants. However, when we scanned the code, it only had the option to order from Bluestone Lane coffee shop, and they were closed.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the wonderful customer service the staff displayed and provided. The city view that we requested was great! The adjoining rooms we requested were accommodating; and allowed my family to interact after we returned to the room. We attended the Los Angeles Sparks and the Chicago Sky WNBA Basketball Game. The short walk across the street to the arena was enjoyable.

Some of the attendants could have been more conscientious when retrieving our vehicle and providing us with the key when we were ready to leave the hotel. It is not a problem to require payment prior to receiving your keys for the vehicle. However, it is a big problem when an attendant pulls the vehicle around, we load up to leave and they have to look for the keys after asking, "I didn't give them to you?" After calling prior to coming downstairs to leave the hotel one morning, we had to wait for an attendant to return to the office. We could have done without these experiences.

It was close to crypto arena.

I love everything about the hotel except for the wi-fi. I don’t know why but I tried multiple times but I can’t find the wi-fi connection that was on the tv. So I had to use my Data the whole stay. Also we just found out late so we didn’t made a fuss about it but they didn’t sweep the room. Other than that everything was amazing. Would definitely stay again next time if we ever decide to attend KCON again.
