Greeted by staff with a complimentary alcoholic beverage and macadamia nuts while waiting to be checked in. We were given a tour of the bottom floor and indoor and outdoor facilities by a proud and welcoming staff. We were late checking out the room by over 1 hour, this was due to an overdose running excursion.and the staff were so understanding. The staff we're like "don't worry about it", "take your time". Forget about large hotels, this place will beat them hands down in all areas. Take my word! Keep up the hard work and genuinely amazing personality you all have.

We just loved those beds! We had our best nights sleep ever. And it was very kind to let us change rooms when the view was not fully up to our expectations. It meant a lot to us and we enjoyed every single second in your premises ever since. We loved the relaxed courtyard with impressive plants, firepits and fountain, too. You made us feel at home in the best possible way. We greatly appreciate your excellent taste and sense for design details. Only the best of everything in an understated way. Thank you Kiki and your staff, we are looking forward to be back sometime soon!

Hollywood Boulevard, which is around the corner, is a bit tough.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel, located in a quiet area. Being at the hotel feels like a little oasis away from the busyness of LA. We were in the Steve McQueen room which was stunning - the bed was huge, very comfortable and the shower had a very good pressure. They provide a complementary breakfast of pastries, juices and coffee which was perfect to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is parking available at the back of the hotel with EV chargers should you require it.

A very nice and exquisite boutique hotel in Hollywood, right next to some boutique apartments, and landmarks down the Hollywood Hills, walkable towards TCL Chinese Theater. I am very fortunate to stay in the room named after Bette Davis, which you will find is how they label their room. The room is absolutely stunning in Chinoiserie Style, with all the decorations on point. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had the most amazing stay in Hollywood that I would not forget.

This property is small boutique like. Very private, covered with beautiful palm trees and plants giving a very oasis vibe. They had the fireplaces going in the evening and early morning. So nice to sit and lounge by. Beautiful place for couples or adult gatherings.

I would have liked to have a jacuzzi. There is a nice spot that is above the main outdoor gathering space. Perfect spot for a jacuzzi.

The location was perfect for our little getaway. It was such a short walk to the Museum of Illusions and the Dolby Theatre. The staff was very friendly and breakfast with coffee was a plus. We loved that this hotel was smaller and felt like we were out of the city once inside. We enjoyed how quiet and private it was. We also loved sitting by the fire in the courtyard after coming back from dinner and drinks. They always say you don't book a hotel to stay in the hotel but there were so many great things about it that made us want to stay and enjoy all the amenities. It was perfect for our trip and would recommend to all.

Stayed here two nights and couldn’t have been happier with this small hotel in a quiet but central location. The room (Greta Garbo) was gorgeous and spacious. All of the staff, especially Mara and Key, were just great. There were nice lush outdoor spaces to sit by two gas fire pits and a fountain. The staff will fix you a snack or a drink. We brought our dog and he was welcomed. One of my favorite hotels ever.

Our stay at the Prospect was absolutely delightful! Such a gem with beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms with amazing decor, and the best staff I think I’ve ever experienced. Kim, Azeem, Keywante, and Borris….thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. What a great team. My daughter and I were bewildered with how cool this stay was. I highly recommend!!!!

The bed quality is amazing! And the central patio is a gem. We had a show at The Hollywood Bowl, easy to reach by foot, so no parking problem. Perfectly positioned.

The breakfast buffet was completely empty when we arrived at 9.30. They had to refill everything when we arrived. Shared space seems a little bit small if the hotel is full.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Gorgeous rooms and outdoor areas. Amazing Diptyque bath products too!

Wish we had booked the suite with the provate terrace. Our room (Betty Davis) was large and lovely but felt a little tucked away in the stairwell. Some of the other rooms had better vibes with proximity to the common courtyard or a private terrace, This is an overly picky feng shui comment. We can't wait to return and try the other rooms! Don't hesitate. Stay here!
