I liked the winning attitude of the lady who received us at the counter. She was wonderfully cheery and very nice and accommodating. I also like the options on breakfast. There is a changing menu and various options that make it nice for long and short stays. The facilities were nice and there were even two luggage carts, making transporting and schlepping our things so much easier. Loved staying here! It was also close to various restaurants and food within walking distance.

There really wasn't anything that I disliked excepting the size of the parking lot. It seemed small for the hotel itself and I felt could have been larger, because parking was limited (at least in front).

I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. Which I needed because the drive I was in the middle of was nothing short of happenings. The nice lady asked for my name and ID and promptly gave me my room key. The next morning she greeted us with the same enthusiasm she had when booking me in. The breakfast was great. And the beds were soft. Everything i needed

There wasn't anything I did not like. I will always complain about the size of the shampoo and conditioner bottles but I had them and it was really good shampoo

Breakfast had a great selection of choices although the potatoes were spicy every day while bacon was only served one day and sausage links for two. Really spacious and large rooms otherwise while even though the hotel was busy it didn't feel crowded mostly. And staff acknowledged us every time we returned or left.

All of the pillows were ultra soft so for one who likes a firmer pillow it was a minor inconvenience. We also had a parking lot window view but I don't think the windows on the other side were any better though. Plus the breakfast room was small thus a bit crowded bit otherwise just really small inconveniences .

We have family in the area, so this is very handy location for us. Easy in, plenty of parking, and Braum's close by. We try to get a suite, because we are older and like to have a little more room to move around. The breakfast is the normal fare, not bad, hot. The beds are comfortable, and so are the pillows. Any more, many hotels have a thin, postage stamp sized pillow.

Great location, hotel suite was very clean. The cool gets clean daily. The hotel inside and outside looks clean.

The staff could be a little more involved. No one asked if we wanted the room clean or if we had thrash that need it to be collected. No one asked if we need it more towels. No one went the extra mile. Breakfast pls cook with a little more love and dedication it's for humans.

Eggs, potatoes, sausage and biscuits were good. Didn't eat breakfast there when they had bacon. My husband enjoyed the waffles. Bathroom was a nice size. Plenty of plug-ins and lights.

Would have liked to have real half and half for the coffee. Bed and pillows could have been a little firmer. For me being short the shower was a little high. I couldn't adjust it. It was fine for my husband.

the location was right on our travel route and close to food (walking distance) easy to get in and out of town and met our needs. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The exercise room treadmill was not working properly. It had an error on me three times while i was trying to use it for my daily workout. I had to give up and switched to their bike, which was ok.

The breakfast was nice and had plenty to choose from all fresh. The only issue was the breakfast room was small and very warm didn't feel like there was ac in that part of the hotel.

The shower head was so tall that you couldn't get any adjustment on it. For short people, I felt like I was drowning while trying to get showered. The toilets are very small, I was surprised at how tiny and close to the floor the toilet was. Not trying to complain but it seemed unusual in size to us. The weekend evening lady was amazing very friendly and helpful. The gentlemen throughout the week didn't ever speak just nodded at us when we entered or exited. Overall though it was a nice place and I would choose it again.

Everything was convenient except the ice location on another floor. We were on 3rd floor and ice was on the 2nd. Inconvenient for elderly to have seek and find.

Another chair would have been more convenient for watching TV.
