Breakfast okay basic bit nice. Loved the soup

There was an issue with is being charged 2 room amounts instead of one as it was one booking this alsoninpacted the fact that the hotel then takes out 2 lots of 166.03 as two amounts which were pending. 1 has dissapeqr3d and one still showing and we checked out last Saturday. We did find the staff who were on the morning shift when we checked not very supportive when we had been charged twice and were not helpful. The staff who took over the afternoon shift were more supportive and reassuring. I feel the morning staff need a bit more training on customer service.

Very convenient location. A better value than most options in the area. Nice property layout of the rooms, pool, breakfast building. It was pretty quiet. Generally comfortable sleeping.

The toilet/tub room is very small. The facility is definitely showing its age and in need of some repairs/renovations. For instance: the track on the closet door in the room was damaged, making it very difficult to open & close; there was a pretty large "lump" under the carpeting where it appeared that the carpeting had been laid over the top of some type of debris; the wallpaper was peeling in various areas.

Good value if you are traveling professionally in the Vail/Eagle Valley area and are not looking for much more than a quiet and comfortable place to crash after hard day's work. Room had not been updated for USB outlets so I had to move a bunch of furniture to work the lap-top. Other rooms are better equipped on previous stays. Breakfast food is dependably "meh" - typical cheap sysco frozen/microwaved seed-oil/sugar/filler garbage non-nutritive food-like substance. I'd recommend eating out at one of several decent coffee/breakfast joints in the local area. WiFi reasonably fast for my purposes. Overall decent value

Better setup for USB outlet access and better desk chair. Breakfast food, including watery coffee, is inedible for me. <blagh> Staff demeanor - meh. Staff is adequately professional, but not what I would call friendly. Long walk to my room.

I think they had a roof leak or something. Base boards were falling off the wall and wallpaper coming off. Staff was nice didn't get to interact with them except for check in. We ate off location for breakfast. We wanted to go to the pool but it says you can't take in food or drink so we didn't go. It would be nice to be able to take drinks in plastic to the pool area.

Price for this time of year. I couldn't' get my rewards points set to the account. I have to resubmit receipt which is kind of a pain. I make appointments up there this time of year because prices are lower and I can fit into budget. If they keep going up I have to find another place.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Great location-close to a bunch of bars and restaurants, some that were open late so we were able to get a snack and a beer after 10pm. Neighborhood was nice and safe with lots of well-maintained landscaping and trees. Quiet and peaceful at night, though there was a karaoke spot open that seemed pretty busy.

Good breakfast, needs to be better structured to accommodate morning traffic. Great location. Overall good rating

Older facility, needs to be updated. Bathroom toilet flapper needed to be repaired, not sure the AC was effective/efficient. Only one chair at table, room needs 2 chairs. A lot of construction workers were staying at facility.

Front desk staff was rude. Showed up at 2:45 and were told to come back in 15 min because check in was 3pm. They could have started the paperwork and politely helped us which could've taken up some time, rather than sending us away. Maybe some polite small talk would have helped eat up some time and politely let us know to wait til 3pm to access the room. Could've been handled alot better. Bad first impression!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Spacious and quiet room with two queens. Good climate control. The facility was cleaner than most places that we have stayed. Location was excellent.

The facility is pretty old and could use some upgrades, particularly the bricked walk areas around the pool and between buildings. The folding glass door in our room was very difficult to open and close. The shower water pressure and breakfast food options could have been a little bit better for the price of the room.

Room was good, very clean. I have back issues so bed comfort is important. I slept ok, husband without issues slept well. Breakfast was good. Even had hard boiled eggs with high egg prices these days. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for trip purpose.

The place was conveniently close to the mechanic shop I had to go to due to my car breaking down on the interstate, and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a much-needed relief from the stress of my situation.

Breakfast was only OK, considering what I paid for the place.
