I was in town for only 4 days to celebrate Chritmas with family. I was surprised the Hotel had put togheter a wrapping station for the guess to use. It made it very easy to wrap gifts. The lobby is very pretty, clean and inviting.. very friendly helpful staff.

Like I said, my trip was four nights. During my four day stayed, my room was not freshened up, not even once. To be fair two of those days were Christmas eve and Christmas day.

The accomodations were fine for one night for graduation. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We appreciate the hospitality in letting us get ready in the conference room when our room wasn't ready for early check-in.

The mattress on the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. Also, there weren't any sheets or blankets or extra pillows in the room for the pull-out couch. We called the front desk and they brought up the needed linens very quickly. :)

We loved the location, which was just a mile off the freeway and near restaurants and stores in Ft. Collins. We thought the value was great and really enjoyed having a little extra space in the room. Rooms are quite spacious, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee bar and sitting area with a desk. I also accidentally left an item in the room, which could've easily been taken. After calling the hotel directly, my item was in fact, returned and staff sent me to a third party, which took care of the shipping and returning part. I was thrilled and even surprised to get it back. Thanks to the honest cleaning and front desk staff at the Cambria for all they did!

The partition between sitting area and the bed/sleeping area is dated and very narrow. In the middle of the night, that's a tight space to navigate. Also, I wasn't a huge fan of having to go through extra steps to get housekeeping to my room. We were there for leisure, but we were pretty busy and we never got around to calling to ask for it. Housekeeping won't come until after the third night and I think that's too long.

Breakfast was excellent , was fresh hot and delicious. Highly recommend staying at this hotel, if your into getting a good nights sleep, great breakfast, and overall pleasant experience book here.Thank you for a great evening.

Everyone we encountered brought their own unique personality & sense of cheer that left us feeling that they were genuinely happy to see us & assist in any way they could. What a breath of fresh air to encounter a standout staff like yours that are genuinely glad to see you & seem to really enjoy their job & the role they play in the exceptional guest experience at the Cambria in Fort Collins. There was plenty of parking for everyone! The staff were all very friendly. We were glad it had a hot tub, & pool. The sheets, and pillows were very comfortable.

In the morning you can hear a lot of different music coming through the halls. It takes a long time to get to anything down town we were literally on the out skirts of Fort Collins.

The design was beautiful, the room layout was unique for our budget. The staff was very friendly. I would have rated the staff higher, but we actually had very little occasion to interact because everything was already good. The only knock on the staff is that they could be a little more pro-active. i.e. "Good day, Sir/ma'am. Is there anything we can do to make your stay better?"

The shower pressure was awesome. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. The overall look of the room made it very homey. & we loved the Bluetooth speaker on the mirror.

There should be a fan in the bathroom. It gets very hot after the shower.

Convenient location, very nice and helpful staff, spacious rooms, clean, gorgeous huge lobby. I’ve stayed there in 2019 and 2023 and had a good experience both times. Great showers too :)

Mattress sunk in the middle and I heard my neighbor all night for two nights so not super insulated but overall very cozy and I would return.

The comfort of the room was nice. It was pretty spacious. The staff was nice.

The TV in the bedroom and wall outlet in the front room didn’t work the first night we were there. Kinda a crappy night to just sit there without the TV and the money we paid for the room. Not even a comp item to say sorry or stuff was t working.
