Spacious room with very comfy beds, good lighting, and nice shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave all well appreciated and clean. Fast-working heater and nice full length mirror. Quiet property despite its location on busy street. Parking right in front of room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Pet-friendly room showed a lot of leftover pet hair on tiled bathroom floor/ bathroom heater from previous guests, and guest room itself was carpeted and trapped some dander or dust that had me sneezing a bit.

We had an amazing four day experience at the Roadway Inn. Staff were very personable and outgoing, the location is perfect, a very homey feeling and experience the second we checked in until we left. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot, ready, and delicious every morning, a nice fire going in the lobby to warm up. Their outdoor gathering area was our favorite, a cute little garden, grills to use, a hammock, and a nice fire pit that we were able to use for s’mores and enjoy all the stars along with great company from staff. We can’t wait to visit again.

There was nothing we did not like.

Always clean rooms and a solid breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn't fully functional (several jets weren't working, but we still enjoyed ourselves, and it was still relaxing after a long day on the mountain. The only other note I'd make is the toilet in my room at least was very small and low to the ground which made it uncomfortable, but I do understand these are expensive updates to make. Still my favorite spot to stay when we are in Gunnison.

This is a great place to stay if you have a pet along. We travel with a small dog. We can park right outside the room which makes it very convenient to take the dog for a walk. There is a designated pet area, complete with bags and a trash can. The room itself is large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and adequate. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I actually liked being a little out from town. Being by the Golf course, makes it quieter, and a nice walk for dog owners down the residential street in the morning, or evening. Room was very accommodating with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, very comfortable beds, all ground floor rooms, and you can actually open your window at night! A great plus, for fresh air when sleeping! Being dog friendly, the room was clean smelling, and no indication of previous dog owners in room, ie: urine, hair, etc. Believe me, I've been in horrible dog friendly rooms before! Very nice staff, and the hot breakfast was a added plus to have in the morning, before starting the day!

The room was clean, bathroom, rug, counters and all, but needed to sweep (keep clean) the outside entrance into room, as everything was tracked into room. There were cob webs (and spider) on ceiling and corners near door that were overlooked in cleaning; sorry, I just truly hate spiders, but took care of that little sucker! I did have a slightly cool shower temperature, even on full "hot"; addressed that with owner when I checked out, and he was very apologetic.

The staff is super friendly and rooms were clean. They had a hot tub and grills outside, with a hammock to chill on the grass. Inside I saw al kinds of games and music instruments, but we haven't tried it.

A lot of motorcyclists coming in late in the evening, their motorcycles were loud. It's a very basic hotel, but good for passing by and staying one night

The coffee, eggs and sausage were hot and fresh. I would have liked to have had some yogurt and whole milk.

The WIFI access exposed us to spam, which we received immediately on our telephones. We had marked it as junk and delete it. There is a security breach. I would not recommend using the WIFI.

Breakfast was awesome, they had eggs and sausage, make-your-own waffles, plus other continental breakfast items. It was raining when I arrived on my motorcycle, was hoping to walk to a store to get a beer, but nothing in walking distance. Manager offered me a beer from their cooler, which I though was very nice!

Didn't realize it was quite a distance from actual "downtown", not walking distance, but that was OK.

Every morning they had available hot coffee, waffles, eggs, and sausage. Some pastries and cereal and fresh fruit. Milk and orange juice were in a fridge. We were greeted pleasantly every time. Made for a good start to the day.

Maybe another juice option or a yogurt or cottage cheese option would have been nice. Overall, we’d stay here again.

Stayed in a standard two queen beds room. Room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable. Liked that three pillows on bed had different levels of softness/firmness. Breakfast was good. Each staff member at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy.
