The GM and some of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Two staff members were very slow at their job and / or lazy about taking care of the guests. It took over an hour to check in on Sun, which does not include us getting there early, and no rooms were available. The front desk staff did not explain that the code into the walking gate was on our room key cover. I had to ask other staff members for the code. One evening, I asked for the towels for the pool, and the front desk staff told me to come to the front desk to get the towel. I was only given one, I asked for more. She told me I could only get 2 because that's all she had. I am there with my family and needed more than 2 towels. What were we supposed to do?

Check in people were great the Check out guy well didn't seem to like his job.

The bed was hard was not comfortable at all. Could have had more pillows and a blanket that was more comfortable for a king size bed.air conditioner didn't blow high enough. And shower curtain wasn't good at keeping water from soaking floor w water

The breakfast was fine. It had something for everyone

My experience with booking.com they only sent payment cards for two of my rooms. I was not the only client that it happed with. I saw two other customers with the same issue. The booking.com agent was not helpful in finding a quick solution. The hotel staff was great during this tine

The hot breakfast was very delicious. Exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I didn't like was the urine smell that was in the hallway leading to my room. Also there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn't turn off and was giving off so much heat.

I liked the fastness of checking in. It’s between my family and a good location. Also pet friendly.

I do not like that I was double charged by the front desk (the lady that checked me in I seen ONE charge but after checking out the lady made me check my bank statement again && it showed I was double charged for dogs yet only had ONE)

The pool and breakfast

I dont like how I booked my room on booking.com and the hotel telling me that they haven't received the money. And I had pay for it and everything its not right what's going on.

The Staff was excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Ongoing renovations but the staff were so nice and apologetic that I didn’t worry about it. We didn’t get to have breakfast there because of a youth baseball tournament in the area and the other guests basically ate everything in site before 8:00. Not the hotel’s fault. Selfish guests!

The staff were outstanding and the rooms were well maintained and clean.

The other guest were disruptive surrounding my room. There were guest who set a table outside their room with drinks and hookah disrupting the other guest who also paid to be there. This should have never been allowed.

The room was clean & comfortable. The front desk staff were fantastic, they responded quickly when I reached out. My only “complaint” would be the massive pothole in front of the gate.

Their system was down and I could not get a receipt. They said they would email me one. I have not received it and I am starting to get worried. I might have charges on my bill that I do not know about!
