At last, I discovered a spotless hotel with an exceptional team. When I made a simple request, they went above and beyond to enhance my experience. Conveniently located, everything I needed was just a short stroll away. The breakfast was consistently hot and freshly prepared, available at all hours to start my day right. The cheerful staff was always on hand, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere around the clock. The breakfast was hot and ready to go at all times. Friendly staff 24 hours a day.

Everything was great!

The hotel was very easy to access, right off the interstate, but no traffic noise. It was clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were alright, the Wi Fi was average speed, I used my hot spot instead, The breakfast was the same as most, fair but filling and came with the room. The afternoon, evening person checking in guests was a little bit over the top with her attitude but maybe it was just a long day and she had had enough. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel.

I booked the rooms almost a year ago and requested connecting rooms or rooms side by side because we were traveling with young children. When I checked in, the rooms where on two different floors. When I questioned why I was told I booked the rooms to late. When I said I had been booked for almost a year the hostess changed her tune and started to try and fix the problem the best she could do was two rooms on the same floor but two different halls. Had it not been for this big problem it would have been a great stay.

We did the online checkin before arriving. When we got there, everything was ready for us. Very comfortable and big room. Loved having the pump bottles in the shower. Breakfast area was very clean and kept up with. Will definitely stay again.

I guess if I can say something bad it would be about our check out. The girl asked if we wanted a receipt and I did. She said that since I booked on booking.com I couldn't get a receipt. I've never heard that before and have always booked on booking.com and always received a receipt.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pool was great for a little fun after being on the road. Rooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed, even had laundry facilities provided on each floor!

My family enjoyed the breakfast but I feel it could have been done better. Mainly the eggs- needed seasoning and to be broken up, they were served in big clumps. The coffee was just ok. I would have loved if they provided a non dairy milk for coffee and cereal. Possibly an almond milk.

When got into our room we found the toilet to be inoperable. I called the front desk and they said they would get maintenance up right away. A few minutes later they called and said the maintenance man was in the middle of a large pool repair and asked if they could move us across the hall. We said of course, we have not even started unpacking our suit cases. The front desk woman was up within 5 minutes and moved us across the hall to a up graded suite! That's great service!!

Fine location, very close to the airport and my other destinations. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was in excellent condition.

The curtains in my room were only decorative and didn't close, making undressing before bed rather awkward, as the main window faced the entryway to the hotel.

The staff had a difficult time with checking me in. When I left after the second night there, May 6th I didn’t feel comfortable in that it appeared my room was charged to a Mastercard, which I don’t have. I had told them when I checked in on May 6th that I did not have a MC, again when I checked out. They said “don’t worry about it” and in the am on the 7th that they didn’t know how to fix it. I am wondering how this will play out. :(

Nice, spacious rooms with sink, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, etc in kitchenette. Appreciated the laundry facilities in the building - clean and accessible. Was really pleasantly surprised with the size of the room - made it very helpful for our family roadtrip.

We have been traveling across the US and most places the front staff have not paid any attention. Jennifer was very pleasant and welcoming. Later she even lead us to where we could wash the locust off our car. Dylan at night was also very friendly helping us with an issue in our room. Jennifer even greeted my daughter the next morning at breakfast(my daughter loved her and the donut was a bonus). The two staff members were wonderful.
