The staff was wonderful! Bed was very comfortable- TV, heater, coffee maker, blow dryer worked great! We requested a room change due to the noise out front from the highway and train - the right away gave us a room right across the hall (in the back) it made all the difference.

I can’t think of anything except the noisy highway, but they can’t fix that. Location, otherwise, was great! Close to many things we needed!

the swimming pool was not open. Although it was clean and water pump running. One condition before paying was if we could use the pool. The day clerk said YES. The night clerk (very rudely) said NOOOOO?????

The breakfast was okay ran out of apple juice very noisy trains tracks bathroom toilet is too low for a disability person

Change the breakfast selection do bacon grits more juice selection

it was quiet and the staff was very Welcoming and nice, which was wonderful after an 10 1/2 to an 11 hour trip. The room was very clean and the temperature of the room was perfect (bring it was 98 to over 100 degrees outside and the humidity was even worst) The beds were very comfortable and all the amnesties were stocked in the room

After our first night the room began to develop a moldy/mildew smell. Don’t know if the smell was coming from the AC unit, they should look into it.

They have a awesome breakfast an the room was very clean an there is a great steak house rite next too the hotel

The A/C in my room was loud like it was about to go out. I had the same room last time and don’t remember it being that loud.

bath tub would not hold water and shower curtain rod needed fix so water would not leak out onto floor

The location was good, except that we could hear the train across the highway. It wasn't overbearing... just surprised that we could hear it.

The lighting in the room was low. For seniors that don't see well, that's a problem.

Very clean, great staff. Breakfast served daily, just all around good experience.

No complaints, honestly they do a great job. Very helpful, called to verify on day of check-in to insure I was still coming.

We were happy w the breakfast. It was exactly what we expected.

That hotel could use a refresh but I’d stay again.
