The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar is excellent. I liked the lamps in the room. I had trouble sleeping and could sit in the easy chair and use the lamp to read while my grandchildren slept. We stay here often because our daughter’s family lives 4 miles away.

The only thing was the shampoo and conditioner bottles. They were tiny and you had to use two hands to squeeze anything out of them so when the liquid finally came out it was hard to hit your body with it.

Beautifully decorated! Very clean! Staff was great! Location was great for us close to my daughters home. Construction was a pain but you just have to get through it for improvements. I appreciated the magnified mirror in the bathroom and the ottoman on wheels!

We felt the breakfast was repetitive and some mornings was cold. I would like to suggest some items be considered for diabetics. My favorite thing was the waffles but then there was no sugar free syrup. No fresh fruit for several days and then just apples the last couple days. Bananas would be nice!

Always very clean and a cozy bed. (3th stay in this hotel) We booked this for the first and last day in Houston. Because the airport/rental car is only 20 minutes away. Very friendly staff and enough huge parking spaces. (For a german) Breakfast is simple, but I like it and the coffee is also very good.

This time, we got a room on the first floor right behind the kitchen, and across the door was the ice machine. Was a little bit louder, but we were very tired and still could sleep well.

The breakfast was good. There should be labels on the milk and maybe some better instructions on the toaster machine. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room smelled a little musty when I first arrived but everything seemed clean. I was really annoyed by the design of the shower with the metal plate over the drain. It was very noisy so I removed it while taking a shower. I expected more storage like a full dresser but there was only one cabinet with two wire shelf drawers in it. Would not have been very happy with storage if I was staying longer.

Good breakfast, spacious room, clean and well-managed facilities, courteous and capable staff.

As of this writing (June 2023), there's road construction on FM 1960, such that you can't turn left into the hotel parking lot from the westbound lane. You have to take a left on Lake Houston Parkway (southbound), and pick your way eastward through parking lots to get to the hotel. It's not difficult, but be prepared for this.

The location, staff and room was amazing. The pool area was clean and well kept! I wish the pillows had a little more fluff to them but besides that, everything was great!

Just the pillows needed a little more fluff to them.

I loved everything I will definitely stay there again I didn't have to worry about my truck getting broken into the staff was friendly and very helpful and the rooms were very clean and nice

Breakfast was fresh and delicious! The coffee and apple juice were to our liking.

We had an issue with our room keys but the batteries just needed to be replaced. No major problems and fixed right away.

Everything is incredible, decent price, great area, a little far from the airport, the only thing that I didn’t love was the pool is not what I was expecting. Maybe a little change on that area would make it a perfect stop

Loved the big bath tub. Lobby was so well designed Breakfast buffet far exceeded expectations

Our room was across from the conference room so the Saturday morning loud voices, kids crying, singing and commotion interrupted our sleep - wide awake on vacation at 8:30 am I wish they’d have asked us if we were early morning risers before placing our room here.
