As soon as we arrived I noticed how the premises were well kept. The front desk gentleman Mr. Cortny was exceptional, not only did he explained everything so thoroughly but he also took time to answer my granddaughter's (5yrs) questions. His mannerism, patience, and professionalism was like a breath of fresh air. It showed he has respect for his job and he makes sure you feel at home during your stay. Our rooms were good size, clean, beds comfy, enough towels in bathroom and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub,

This hotel was very clean. Premium bedding. Quiet. I loved the space the suite provided. The pool was clean and my grandchildren enjoyed it. The front doors are locked after a certain time in the evening and only people with card entry may enter. There are endless restaurants near by and other shopping.

The bathtub faucet dripped water but I did not report it at the time.

Place was very clean, staff work their rear ends off to maintain the place and keep it clean.

There was nothing I didn't like. Only suggestion would be for the ceiling fans in the suites to get cleaned.

Rooms were very clean, quiet atmosphere, and check-in and check-out persons were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and I plan on booking a room here at this hotel each time I travel to Humble, TX!!

Staff was outstanding, property is clean, rooms are even cleaner, beds were very comfortable, pool and hot tub were a delight. Breakfast was amazing! Anna was very helpful to us getting online to make arrangements for our recently deceased brother. Do not hesitate to stay here, it’s better than a home away from home.

The staff is super!!! I received a warm and kind welcome when I checked in at 1am after my connecting flight out IAH got cancelled at 11pm

I wish they had a shuttle from/to airport, but they made this up by arranging a ride for me to return to airport at 4am!

Very nice building and decor. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a room with the extra living room/kitchen area which was wonderful since we stayed several nights and had space to eat in the room and simply spread out. My daughter loves the big pool. Great breakfast options and large eating area.

The breakfast was fine. There could have been more of a variety of breakfast items. And the location was perfect to where we needed to go. And it wasn't to far from location shopping areas and restaurants.

The location was close to where we needed to be. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. I would def book this property again.
