Location, Room, facilities, restaurant. Especially Shui Xin Chinese Restaurant on the ground floor (https://www.novotelbangkokbangna.com/bar-restaurant/shui-xin-chinese-restaurant/). it's a bit strange how I have always stay in Novotel Bang Na but neglect to try the restaurant until my recent stay 31/12/24. I must admit the restaurant was not as crowded but the food was amazing !!!. Being a regular for HK style Dim Sum and the likes, Shui Xin served exceptionally tasty dishes. I especially found the Shu Mai - Shrimp (size and taste) fantastic.

Nothing much to say except the occasionally loosed power sockets.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. We were only staying a couple of nights but very close to airport. Loved that there was a rooftop swimming pool but unfortunately didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice on offer. Very spacious foyer. Rooms were plenty big enough and great view from window. Stayed two separate nights. First time on 4th floor but second night on 15th floor! Hotel stored our luggage for two nights while we went on a trip to River Kwai.

Our bathroom could have been better. Bit tired. Also getting in and out of bath for a shower with no hand rail was a bit precarious. Needs updating. Our own fault but on our last night could not turn lights off without taking key card out. Realised next day that there was a pad by the phone. Wasn't shown this.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it excellent value for money. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and make every guest feel special. The breakfast has a great choice and is served from 6.00am. Lovely coffee shop and comfortable bar/lounge area.

The outdoor pool area would benefit from more seating or loungers.

Been staying here for 3rd or 4th times mostly for golfing reason and it's convenient to get to Suvannabhumi Airport. Love the Weekend Buffet though.

The power sockets, to be specific. 3 or 4 rooms I stayed. Always the problem with electricity sockets become too loose. My friend who stayed on another room also faced the same problem.

The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Facitilities in the room are good the the wifi is good. Room service food came quickly.

It took nearly 1 hour to get to the hotel from the airport because of traffic and the difficult road system. The room carpet is getting a bit old.

Very central monorail outside the door of that hotel staff, extremely attentive, very helpful very friendly your restaurant for breakfast very much value for money staff, extremely attentive and courteous would come back 100%

No air conditioning, when leaving the rooms in the hallway or towards the lift that’s the only setback for a four star hotel

I knew from the time of booking that it was near the airport, and there was no shopping area which was within walking distance.

i do not have any dislikes for the Property. Access to floors was controlled at the lift access, so my family party had to coordinate of visits to one another's room.

Love the bed nice and comfortable. Especially big fan of seafood Buffet dinner at 899++, it's just too value for money. Always enjoy this buffet everytime I stayed.

The location. It' not much for walking around the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel came with shuttle bus so I can get to Mega Bangna whenever I preferred.

Main Road Accessible so easy for personal car and taxi and small bus. Great Locations ; not so far from major shopping malls and a few stand alone internal brand restaurants/coffee shops.

The room is aged and simply decorated and not too fancy. No stationary in the bedroom so it's kind of annoying trying to find a piece of paper to take small note.

Good location for business or shopping in the Bang Na region. Room was comfortable but a little cool, as there is no control over air-conditioning. Best breakfast I've had in 7 years in Thailand. So many choices of good quality food.

Furniture is becoming quite dated and is knocked around a bit. My wife suggests rain showers are good, unless you want to keep your hair dry.
