Beautiful and clean hotel set around a tropical garden with swimming pool. The room was spacious with a kitchinette (incl. Microwave), comfortable large bed, and comfortable furniture. The whole place oozes relaxation. Super-friendly staff. Self-service washing machines and dryers are available in a separate laundry room. Walking distance to metro station (airport line). Shopping mall with lots of modern shops, restaurants, and good-quality street food nearby (walking distance). I only have good words for this hotel. I have stayed her three times (3,4, and 10 nights) in the past three years, and I will stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

Amazing garden and outdoor pool, which was attended to and cared for by staff every day. Very quiet, relaxing location...not on a busy road. 4 levels of apartments, not high rise. Staff were outstanding throughout the property. Location.... yellow line and Paradise Park shopping centre were easy to get to via hotel buggy which was readily available. One bedroom apartment was huge with a walk in robe where suitcases could be neatly stored and out of the way. Extensive cupboard/storage space throughout the apartment. It was MORE than comfortable for a long or short stay. Ease of car parking around the property. We will definitely stay here again when next visiting family in Bangkok. Location, facilities, food, staffs

There was a big group of reunions having a meeting at the hotel restaurant and they made a really loud noise like they were in a fresh market. So noisy, and the restaurant couldn't do anything about it......there should be a regulations and rules mentioned how much noise can customers make inside a restaurant because we got disturbed by the noise that the group made. As a guests , i expect that the restaurant have a better way in dealing with this situation.

Great staff, service, cleanliness, safety, price, balcony, WiFi, overall value

I had only two issues that may not be issues for other people: 1) The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold. Never the right temperature. It may be just an issue in my room (408). 2) The location was too isolated from civilized life. The obvious benefit was that it was very quiet, and I slept like a baby every night. The disadvantage was that I had to take Grab or walk whenever I needed anything, like shopping, food, etc. The good thing was that a big shopping mall was just a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again, especially if they fix the shower in Room 408.

The breakfast was good, with ingredients/prepared dishes nicely and appetizingly presented at the breakfast buffet. Omelettes, etc. can be ordered. Staff takes orders for cappuccino and other coffee varieties to prevent a line-up at the coffee machine. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant, where everything was clean and well-maintained, and attractively decorated. We were delighted at the hotel's setting, with the arboretum and the koi pond. The proximity to the Paradise Park Shopping Center was a bonus. All Staff were consistently attentive, kind and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

During our six-night stay in one of the Superior Studios, there were some ongoing minor issues in the bathroom (water leaking around base of taps). Replacement parts for tap units were being ordered. Sink grout was replaced. It would be great if there were some low-fat, lower-calorie, high-fibre options on the menu and at breakfast. There were some visible signs of wear and tear in our room (edges of cabinetry, drawers). However, minor defects did not affect our overall enjoyment of the room and the premises overall.

Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was large and very comfortable. Staff were super polite and friendly. There is plenty of parking spaces that are near your building (multiple buildings) making it easy and convenient to unpack your car. Breakfast was nice - limited choice but very tasty. We didn’t have breakfast included in the booking but we could go to the restaurant and pay for it separately with a discount. Cute koi pond in the middle. Generally modern property with fantastic staff. Great location if you’re driving to the airport straight from the hotel (30-50min drive, depending on traffic and rush hours).

Location. Even tho it’s located super close to the main and very busy street, the couple of small streets leading directly to the hotel were not lit making it feel less safe due to the darkness.

The Park Nine is a green setting, where birds of all kinds, squirrels and especially trees, trees and more trees coexist. It's ideal for recovering during jet lag or just before leaving for a long trip. It is located near Suvarnabhumi airport, about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The swimming pool is superb and in the perspective, under a building, a large jacuzzi. Few deckchairs, but sufficient for European customers. A reproduction of a small river with its banks and its small bridge. The rooms are spacious, we were in the E402, on the top floor, then the D404, we are immersed in the treetops which also serve as curtains, it is superb. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the complex. The staff is very nice and helpful, even if sometimes the English is broken, but as a rule all your requests are answered as quickly as possible. In the Park Nine area, you will find a whole bunch of Shopping Centers where you will find everything you need, Paradise Park and its excellent Food Center on the ground floor, Paradise Place and the Train Market, which is the night market nearby, ask at the reception for the golf cart to go to one of these places, for the return, call the reception who will send you the cart, if you like to walk, everything is between 10 mn and 20mn or in Grab (Asian Uber), for those who are used to using the application, everything is relatively close. You can visit the large Suan Luang Rama IX Park.

The other side of the coin, it's still far from the city center, need to take a Grab, the bus is a real expedition (or in a short time, the new BTS station Suan Luang Rama IX, between Paradise Place and Seacon Park).

The hotel has one of the most beautiful outdoor areas I have ever seen in a hotel. Also the restaurant and the lobby is very new and modern.

I booked a deluxe room. In the description it said that there are two beds - one proper bed and a sleeping couch. This was why I booked this room. When we arrived only one bed was ready and they told me I have to pay for an additional bed which they brought in. After a long discussion they gave me the extra bed for free. Also it says in the description that the room has 100qm which is just not true - it is more like 75qm. Still a nice room.

A little pearl in the outskirt of Bangkok. Nice quiet area where we felt safe at all time. Spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden with a variety of trees and palm trees, a pond with fish in it, bridges, waterfall and a lovely swimming pool with access to sunbeds. There's a gym with a steam sauna and an original sauna. There's a washing machine in the basement that can be used for 30 bath/machine. There's a couple of big shopping malls within 10 minutes walk which also include a genuine Thai food court with many options for dining. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there was a constant cleaning of the garden/pool area. The outdoor restaurant is to be open very soon, it was in preparation on our departure. We would be happy to stay again.

The suite was perfect. It’s a big apartment for a family of 4. Kitchen has an easy instruction washer/dryer. (Could be frustrating when you’re not used to one and with only Thai instruction from past experience). The living room was very spacious. The two bathrooms were great! The breakfast area was gorgeous and the selection was very good!

We had a short stay so we didn’t get to check the pool area. It’s a little far from downtown but we picked this location because it was closer to family.
