For a 3-star hotel you are getting what you pay for, which is not a bad thing! The rooftop pool was lovely and the water so lovely warm! It was so nice to start the day with a 7am dip in the pool. Yes there are works being done up there at the moment, but it wasn't intrusive. You also do get the noise of the busy roads from up there, but again, it's not intrusive. The room was large with a TV, good aircon and had everything you would need including a fridge, a safe, tea/coffee facilities. The bed was huge and both mattress and pillows comfy (mattress is on the firmer side). There was also a small balcony facing the highway, so not much of a view, but you could hang towels/wet clothes out there, which was handy. The bathroom was large, had a shower and provided shower gel etc. We didn't opt for breakfast to be included with the rooms but had it a couple of times and the omellette was delicious and good value for money - 175BHT for a set menu. Location-wise, there is a massive mall (Seacon Square) across the road from the front of the hotel, a 7/11 within less than 5min walk from rear of the hotel, street food options close by but most importantly, about 20min walk from Train Night Market Srinagarindra which was fabulous and a must-visit if staying in the area. The hotel is far from central but there is a BTS (or MRT) very close by. We were a group of 4 so used Bolt and/or Grab which worked out to be 250-380BHT one way for at least 40min drive to the city. Pretty good value if you're sharing the cost! So do download both of those apps if you're a group. Also, just an FYI, if the driver takes the expressway there will be tolls (either 25BHT or 50BHT) so ensure you have that in cash too. Lastly, the hotel staff are really lovely! One night we were having a few drinks downstairs and the security guard just came and gave us fruits which was a really lovely touch 😀

The bathroom could do with an update as it is a little tired. Just a touchup of broken tiles etc. It wasn't too clear what 'complimentary' meant with the breakfast menu so just as an FYI, it means that if you opt for breakfast to be included with your room then you get to have coffee, toast, yoghurt, cereals. If you want hot meals such as the omellette, then you would pay 175BHT for a set menu. If you don't get breakfast included and have the 'complimentary' items, then it's 115BHT.

The hotel offers very good value for money. Shopping complex opposite and huge night market just behind the complex The room was spacious and clean The whole roof area was lovely and the pool was fantastic Staff were very nice and helpful, but their English was not too good. Breakfast was nice

Soundproofing in the rooms is not great

The hotel was fast to respond to emails with questions I had before we got there. No shuttle to airport but they can order a taxi for you it’s 500tbh and takes about 15/20 mins. Very helpful and clean. We arrived hours before check in and they were kind enough to allow us to leave bags and use the roof top pool and gave us towels. 7-11 up the road, and a mall opposite but not much else, it’s perfect for an over night stop before or after a flight. Would return here.

There seems to be lots of rules, none effected us but it was something I noticed. No smoking (even on balcony) Deposit of 1000thb had to be given when you get your key.

The swimming pool was very stylish and nice. I really enjoyed the sunset and view from there. Very nice relaxing space on the roof top. My room had an easy access to the top floor by staying just one floor down. Very good hotel for workcation. The staff was very kind to let me use his personal phone because my phone didn't work. When I arrived, the staff came out right away to help my luggage. It was very welcoming feeling. Location is good for walking around to see the atmosphere of the area.

It would be very nice if there is a choice for the room with bathtub.

Just a perfect stay across from SEACON mall, and night market. That is why I choose this location. Plus BKK airport is only 20-30 minutes away, so easy in and easy out after meetings.

A very good stay overall. Entry was slightly confusing due to the turnstile system, but check-in was smooth. There’s a 1000 baht cash deposit, though no clear explanation was offered. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and the option of fresh towels and bedding on request—a thoughtful touch for the environment. The rooftop pool was a great - I had it to myself most evenings; the lack of shade made it too hot to linger long during the day.

Located at the back, the room was free from road noise, though the constant hum of AC units meant earplugs were needed. The shower head bracket was loose, but that was soon fixed by tightening the screw with the back of a teaspoon. On the last day, there was a strong odour coming from the shower waste drain ( other reviews mentioned this ). Covered with a towel overnight and all was good by the morning.

Extremely handy with private access to sky bridge that takes you straight to Seacon shopping mall. Laundromat located on site with washing machines and dryers. Friendly counter staff! Gym sufficiently equipped for a decent workout :)

Room cleanliness can be improved. They could introduce VIP membership for regulars :)

Deluxe Twin Room LOCATION +Located at the end of a dead end street in a non-touristy part of town. The center is more than an hour away by public transit. Five minutes to the MRT. A few restaurants and shops around, including two malls within 15 minutes on foot. Fifteen minutes on foot to the Train Night Market. ROOM +Big, clean, comfortable. Wardrobe to unpack a bit -The balcony is kind of useless. Blows hot air on you. No seat. BATHROOM +Big and clean. Hot water. Towel and hand towel provided. -Not enough shelves. STAFF/LOBBY +Front desk was friendly on check-in KITCHEN/MEALS +Breakfast consists of six set meals and a buffet. The meals are a choice of eggs, or pancakes with sausage and a salad along with coffee or tea. The buffet is toast, more salad and a bit of fruit. -No real vegetarian options. You can just order the regular breakfast without the meat. But you don't get anything added to replace the meat. So, if you're vegetarian, you get less. +Two 500 ML bottled waters provided every day NOISE -despite being off the main road, my room still faces the road and there's plenty of traffic noise. Might try to request the other side if you're a light sleeper. WIFI -doesn't work well on the rooftop. It's mostly fine everywhere else. OTHER +Small gym with a few treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Then some free weights and a bench +Nice rooftop pool though not really for laps. Also nice area to sit and relax. +Onsite laundry machines (30 baht to wash. 30 baht to dry). -No way to get coins for the machines as the coin dispenser is broken.
