Im a wheelchair user and travel alone therefore, I always looking for a stay that can accommodate my needs. The bathroom door had to be removed because I was unable to use the bathroom with door. Staff took care of the door as soon as we realize the problem. The room are extremely large and comfortable just a little dated. If you're a wheelchair user or traveling with someone in a wheelchair the pool isn't accessible, the entrance to the building will be difficult alone because the ramps are very steep, I had to have staff help me enter the building every time I enter, the drive up is very steep as well, the fitness center is out dated. Even with those issues I would recommend King Park Avenue because of the staff, the room size and the location. Local street food right outside the building and all alone the main street, Seacon Mall is walking distance or a 3-5 minute taxi ride.

What I didn't like was the steepness of the ramps.

I loved Everything! The staff, the hotel, the location, honestly I cannot boast how well this hotel is managed and the amazing service received. I was running abit late and had to check out late. The staff were more than happy to accommodate the late check out. When leaving the hotel after check out, a staff member came to see you off from inside. I really loved this place so much! I will definitely book again

The room was clean and the furniture was modern. The location was what we were looking for - close to shopping centres and restaurants.

The gym was inappropriate - very little equipment, but more disturbing was the lack of air conditioning in it. This makes it almost unusable.

Located close to Seacon Square shopping mall, Monorail, Train Night Market and Suan Luang Rama 9 Botanic Garden. Hotel was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, staff were great and accomodating. Has swimming pool and gym. Good price compared to other hotels we've been to in Bangkok.

We have stayed at this hotel on many of our visits to Bangkok. It has all that we need and a good location for restaurants, shopping and transport. The staff are pleasant and breakfasts are great!

Not much to say as we were pleased with everything. Bed was a bit on the firm side otherwise all good.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the a/c wonderfully frigid. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at every encounter and for every request. The breakfast was standard and food tasty.

There was typical city road noise on the street side room. Nothing unusual or disturbing for us, however, if you can't sleep through normal traffic noise until about midnight, then it would be best to request a room away from the road.

The room was large and clean. The staff were helpful and a special thanks to the cleaners who handed in a large amount of cash I had Inadvertently left in my room, Thank you for your honesty.
