The breakfast didn't include yogurt, fruit or different tea. Stuff didn't know English it was difficult to talk to them.

Large, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Fridge, safe box. Helpful staff. I didnt use the swimming pool.

Buffet breakfast didnt offer anything tasty for me, expect water melon on the second morning. First morning the breakfast room was full of people of some very noisy group, and after them all tables were dirty, there was lack of many food etc.

The pictures on the internet are not what you get when you arrive. We booked a double they gave us two single beds. The room was very very basic, pool is run down tiles missing from the pool area and inside very dangerous, the WiFi doesn’t work, location is awful it costs 300 baht to get anywhere, I wouldn’t recommend staying here much better hotels in Bangkok also the staff are not very helpful. I’m not one of these people who writes a bad review for the sake of it, if you check my reviews I’m honest and this hotel needs better staff and the rooms and pool need updating and it needs to get WiFi that works.

The property is in a local area, there’s food stalls haircuts massage and everything for a cheaper price than in the city of Bangkok. Less likely to find someone that speaks your language but that’s why we have google translate. I really enjoyed this area but if you’re into night life and party this is 40 min- 1 hour from the city center and tourist events.

Fridge in room just didn’t work at all and shower hot water was very slow or not at all.

Be ready to pay 200 baths extra in addition to the amount you see on Booking. Even though Booking says the amount is final. for me it wasnt final - the hostess asked me to pay 200 for Keys... not sure if it's okay, i've never paid for keys in any hotels but what could I do, just let it go. the amount isnt big, the scenario of how it went make feel not nice

Overall, I would recommend Leenova for travelers who are looking for a basic and affordable option in the city.

Everything was as expected.

It was a quiet area , tho a bit far from city.staff was very helpful and kind.

Just that the taxis drivers mostly did not know where Leenova Hotel is located at and its location , tho given the address

the faculties is awesome, looks like a five star hotel room with a hostel price, if you want a place next to airport and not far from the BTS station, this is a good place to go.

the aircon from next room was really loud for the original room booked, I couldn’t sleep because the noise is right to the bed head side, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, offered for me to stay at another room for the night, and I didn’t even have to pack up the stuff from the original room, this is very generous gesture and I reapply appreciated it.

Daily housekeeping and water. Small pool but ok for cooling off close to shopping and bars and restaurants

Firstly, I liked the room cleanliness and good, with courtesy, and helpful staffs including the housekeepers. My thumb 👍 up for all of the Lee Nova staffs

Area of improvement : If it is possible, provide more toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. Thank you very much.
