nice rooms, fantastic staff, good location, restaurant provides good value

not really a fitness Centre, just a couple of bits of kit, small pool, better food to be found locally (more expensive)

The hotel was very good, as there were few guests there due to the coronavirus restrictions on international travel, we had our meals delivered by room service, which was very good and delivered at the times requested, this meant we couldn't try most of the facility in the hotel but that is understandable, the service we did receive was excellent from check-in to check out so I would use this hotel again

not being able to use the hotel facilities but that didn't detract from the positives the hotel staff delivered under the circumstances,

Beautiful lobby

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The was clean as was the whole hotel. There is a mall 20 minutes walk away. A gym 15 mins walk.

If you want to head to soi cowboy or nana plaza. It's 50 minutes away due to traffic. Everything is at least 40 minutes in a taxi away

The staff was very friendly. The location was good as we were seeking a hotel close to the airport. The room exceeded our expectations in size and comfort. The beds were very comfortable.

The lobby was incredibly hot. The hotel was on a very busy and loud road making the 1 mike to the mall very unpleasant. Also one of the toilets didn’t work, but we were surprised with having 2 restrooms so it was ok.

Quiet and Private zone that’s what I like

Breakfast line isn’t clean enough and less of the food needs. Kinda scary in there.

Near the airport. Friendly staff. Good place to short stop before fly if you don't want go nightlife etc.

The hotel was deserted and eerie, in the middle of car dealerships. The rooms have poor soundproofing, the conversation and snoring of the person in the next room can be clearly heard through. Room has a window to the shower and toilet facilities. Drains do not work well and there is room for improvement in cleanliness, the hotel restaurant seemed to be closed. I would have liked more information from the staff about the hotel's services and where to find them. The lobby staff seemed more like prison guards than customer service staff.
