Beachfront pool and restaurant

Room stank of body odour when checked in,we did not want to stay in that room.Staff did give us another room straight away which was good.

Pool with slides and the beach with it’s bar and pool.

Could hear anyone talking on the corridor inside the room. Was a bit disturbing at night.

The hotel is a bit far off from Hua Hin so Grab(taxi hailing) took time. We waited for so long and requests got cancelled. The hotel does offer complimentary shuttles to Blu Port Mall Hua Hin..There’s no kids club and this for me is a deal breaker. The breakfast is good but could be better with more western options like waffles, pancakes and more protein options. Also freshly made pancakes instead of that pancake dispenser would be better. The hotel doesn’t have actual beach access. The slides at the pool area were a hit with the kids. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. For that reason I’d consider staying here again due to the staff being kind and friendly.

The breakfast options could be better honestly, personally we found them limited. There needs to be a kids club. Have beach access and the kids pool area to be accessible to the main hotel as well. Also during the Christmas Eve dinner, I felt we didn’t get a value for our money. The dinner didn’t have variety as I expected and the meats were cold. I would have skipped that.

Wr are a family of 4 traveling with another family in Thailand. This hotel was fabulous and we extended the stay for 3 days. Beautiful nature, clean and modern facility, great breakfast. The kids enjoyed the small aqua park and the big pool at the beach. The employees are very polite and helpful. The general manager of the hotel was approachable and very nice. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel 👍.

The location is great. We can walk 200-300 meters to the beach or can take a buggy which runs all day. The room size is big enough for a family with one child. The staff are nice and helpful. The swimming pool is fun for kids.

Althogh the room size is big, the bed size is small. The air-con position is direct to the bed. There was no slipper in the room. The main restaurant for breakfast is too crowded. We have to be in a queue. The staff suggested another restaurant which is nearby the beach and was less guests. The variety and quality of food were ok, not impressive.

I was very happy with my stay at Best Western Carapace It is located close to Hua Hin but slightly out of the main town, which in my opinion was ideal. A quick ride into Hua Hin for restaurants and bars, whilst benefiting from the peace and quiet of being out of town. An ideal spot right on the beach, with easy access to the water… with a delightful beach bar and restaurant. The staff were all lovely, and Jay the hotel manager was a real gent! He kindly helped me with information on the local area, and when I had some issues with my back his assistance was priceless! I would recommend and stay again on my next visit.

Spotlessly clean room, linen, and towels. Room bright and extremely well up-to-date . Amazing view where lying on the bed can watch the sea. Easy walk to Khao Tao resevoir and many good places to eat around resevoir. The temple is a must-see. All local people are friendly and eating at Thai restaurants on Sai noi beach is fantastic food. Breakfast is high quality. I think superb for families and solo or couples. If you want a quiet room, book a sea view as other rooms are near the children dedicated swimming pool. Excellent staff service.

The breakfast spread was good; there was variety of food on first two days but the choices repeat mostly on the third day. The neighbouring places have some good attractions which are only 7-10 minutes walk from the property. The private beach area and adjacent pool is a great attraction for the hotel guests.

The location was somewhat not clear to us. The hotel is a bit isolated from the main happening areas. But there are shuttle services from the hotel to the most popular Blueport Mall three times a day. However, one must prebook the seats on the van and there are only 10 seats available. As the property is connected by a flyover to the main highway, it is difficult to get a taxi/grab transport within a short time. It takes at least half 30-45 minutes for a taxi to come, so one should plan and book transport in advance.

It was close to the beach. There's a bar and pool close to the beach,too. The staff were warm and very helpful. The place was generally clean and pillows, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a variety of food.

It was a bit far from the town centre. Although there was a shuttle from the town centre, one has to plan the timing of the shuttle service. I wish there was a spa or massage service in the hotel. Please check the bathroom as there was an unpleasant odour coming from the drainage. Low pressure of water.
