I loved everything .the value for money .the room the staff helpfulness the housekeeping team was awesome as lovely .the food at the only restaurant for room service . The location . The animals feeding all of it .`WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK

what I did not like is there was no AC IN THE CORRIDOR FROM THE LIFTS TO THE ROOM .IT WAS PEAK SUMMER BUT NO AC NOR FAN . OUR ROOM WAS NON SMOKING SO WAS RIGHT AT THE END . ONCE IN THE ROOM WAS OKAY BUT UNTIL THEN WAS UBER SUPER HOT IN AUGUST . OTHER THAN THAT THE RESORT WAS AMAZING . GREAT STAFF THERE

Everything was great about the zoo basically.. beautiful pool and fun place for kids. Stayed in the resort to have the closest accessibility was the main reason I booked here.. pool timings were great, got tickets for both the days and good value for visiting the zoo both the days and staying in the resort as well

Breakfast option was not there, like it’s not included . Reception part was not so welcoming., scanning the menu was not working , bathroom was not clean , had a bad smell ,

Great place! Very exotic. We were upgraded to a chalet opposite the giraffes for free. We were invited to an iftar in honor of Ramadan. The dinner was great outdoors with many dishes. We were able to visit the zoo both in the evening and in the morning when there were few visitors. We fed the giraffes for a small fee. We visited the pool, the children were very comfortable there. We will definitely return to this wonderful place! Thank you very much!

There was no blanket for the extra bed in the room, but we called and they brought it quickly. There was also no microwave, but they brought it quickly. There were no utensils for eating. But I'm sure they would have brought them to us. In general, these minor shortcomings were quickly resolved with the help of the administrator.

It was unforgettable second stay in this place. First time was wedding anniversary, this time we've decided to bring my bday with granny and daughter. It was amazing time, can't wait to come back again and to bring other family members and friends. We loved everything, literally. From convenient quick check in, the staff considered all moments, due to off-season and weekday stay I guess we've been upgraded a bit and stayed in the same room as our anniversary day, was so lovely for me and my husband. Staff of the zoo so friendly and polite, even security, who was opening the door for us, I dk how many times per evening. Breakfast in Hide Cafe with peacocks around. Our 1 y.o. daughter was so excited about it, not less than us.

Daniel from reception gave us a warm and friendly welcome, instantly making us feel at ease upon arrival. His thoughtful approach and genuine hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. To our delight, he also upgraded our reservation to a beautiful chalet, which made the experience even more special. Beyond the upgrade, Daniel went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable , offering helpful information about the property, nearby attractions, and assisting us with any requests promptly and graciously. His exceptional service truly made our stay memorable and added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.

The customer service in every way was exceptional. Everything from the reception staff, the cleaning staff, the security and especially the on site cafe and restaurant were exceptional, so friendly and very pleasant. They greatly enhanced my stay! The air conditioning in my room was magnificent also and kept me so chilled in the extreme heat. The staff at The Void were fantastic also. The food and coffee were top shelf and the staff provided great customer service and are an asset to your organisation. I loved my stay and will return. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone reading this.

Nothing really apart from the intense and unwavering sweltering heat of Abu Dhabi 24/7! If you could turn down the dial on the sun, it would be greatly appreciated 😉

Everything was great but if i have to choose one maybe weekdays buffet breakfast could be a good option although alot of options available inside and outside the resort but currently they serve buffet on weekends only.

Emirates Park Zoo was an unforgettable experience for our family! From waking up to giraffes outside our window at the Giraffe Chalet to getting up close with incredible animals, every moment was magical. The zookeepers were knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even more special. Our kids loved feeding the elephants, giraffes, and hippos, and the bird and sea lion show was a definite highlight! The on-site facilities, including the soft play and swimming pool, made it perfect for a family getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was fantastic.

It was one of the very few options of an affordable stay during the Coldplay concert night and hence a huge thanks to the hotel management team for keeping this value for money offer! Rooms are nothing fancy (see below) but again given the price, I was more than pleased. Hotel provides free passes to their zoo which is great, me and my teenage kid loved it. But what amazed me most, was the service. The staff were impeccable! Very friendly, professional and actually willing to help! A special thanks to Kannan at the front desk who helped to navigate with the logistics and arranged sending my luggage to the airport - it was truly priceless!

My room (the one with direct access to the pool) was a little worn out however it has everything you need and the bed was comfy which was key for me.

We came for our anniversary and the staff made sure everything was memorable! The vibes of the zoo, the layout of the park itself is very easy to navigate, and the variety of animals is amazing. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable, we always had fresh towels and water, and we loved the vibe of the jungle by staying near the animals! Overall a great experience with the exception of a few small things which I'll describe below.

The bathroom sink was clogged so the water would accumulate - had to brush my teeth in the shower! The windows need a bit of cleaning as we could barely see outside due to some fog/smokiness on them. There was no prayer mat provided and one of the drawers was broken. Pool should be open earlier (personal opinion) But otherwise we enjoyed it, this is just feedback for the staff to consider. No regrets staying here!
