The facilities r great, esp the pool and gym... good location as well...

Checking in... i had to call 2x for our bags because it took roughly 20 to 25 minutes to bring our bags to our room... i didnt like that they put me on the last part of the hotel room which is too far from the elevator, next our room had a leak in the bathroom that i have to let them come 3x, and they didnt offer me to change room of i didnt asked. Fortunately after knocking our door 3x the problem was fixed and we opt to not transfer in another room. Checking out... i called 12 noon and asked for trolley for our bags coz were checking out. We waited for 35mins for trolley.

room and bathroom were spacious and clean and everything was in the room (iron, hair dryer...) the pool was very beautiful and huge, pool bar prices and the guys there are excellent and friendly. the area was very comfortable and quiet and a lot of services around the hotel (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and gas station)

tv was too small, and there was some desk chair tires marking and scratches on the floor, also the hair dryer plug didn't work in the bathroom.

The hotel wass exceptional. the room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was excellent and the gym was well served with equipement and very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. A special mention goes to the barista Slamet at the ground floor cafe. He made excellent coffee and every friendly and we enjoyed our morning chats with him.

Not much really. The sports bar asllows smoking so a few evenings we turned around and left as the plae stank of smoke :(

Wonderful service provided by all members of staff. Room service was fast and food was of high quality. The pool was clean and there were always plenty of towels available. Room was quiet, in wonderful condition, and housekeeping always did a thorough job.

The only negative to our 6 day stay was that when we first entered the room there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and there was a long puddle of water against the privacy blind (in the bathroom).

Everything was perfect. My husband and I had a short stay of 2 nights. We did the option of the half-board (breakfast and dinner included in our stay). The food during breakfast and for the dinner buffet was absolutely amazing and delicious. A big thank you to one of the chefs in the kitchen, Sujit. I was craving something spicy, and he whipped up an unforgettable and amazing spicy stirfry noodles. A big thank you to Nilam for making my stay special. Nilam's approach was warm and kind, and she made me delicious iced coffees on both days. A big thank you as well to Justin, Lance, and Phyo for their amazing service and for their warm and friendly aura. Another big thank you to Sneha (front desk reception) who gave us another amazing room, to avoid us waiting for our room to be ready, as well as thank you to Aslam and Ismail for their amazing concierge services. You all made us feel welcome. This hotel was exceptional. It was also extremely clean and the facilities were excellent. The pool was great, and we also loved exploring the Al Forsan International Sports Resort, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the hotel. We also visited the Warner Brothers theme park, which was just approximately 20 minutes' drive from the hotel as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to come again for another visit. Thank you to all the staff.

A delightful experience indeed. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the overall hospitality. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the concierge, was polite and attentive, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The in-house dining was another highlight. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, my stay at Marriott Al Forsan was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality.

There are a few areas that can be improved to enhance the overall experience. Firstly, the breakfast could have been better, as some of the items were served cold. A little more attention to keeping the food warm and fresh would make the dining experience even more satisfying. Secondly, I noticed that the cabinet of the room refrigerator was missing. While this didn’t significantly impact my stay, having it in place would contribute to the room’s overall functionality and aesthetics. Lastly, the bedding, though comfortable, had a slight odor that could be improved. Ensuring fresh-smelling linens would add to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. These small adjustments would elevate the experience even further, making Marriott an even better choice for guests.

Staff are nice & friendly. Plenty of smiles & very courteous. Two names I remember are Raul & Daniel. There were other members of the staff were all brilliant. The pool & facilities were all good. Security I had to use my room card to access the lift. Good security. The lobby area, Tea / coffee / biscuits / cake shop. Very nice. Bon voy discount. The room has a balcony, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The fridge in the room was good. I was able to keep water cold. The cube radio with blue tooth is another nice feature. Overall, everything was fabulous & all going I plan to stay there again in 2025 with my daughter. Thank you

We were 3 adults and thankfully, Extra bed was given without any charge. Breakfast restaurant was spacious and had ample choices of food. Twin room was very spacious.

Conditioner and body wash was equipped on the wall of shower room. but the bottle was nearly empty on the first day of my stay. but, I forgot to make a call to the housekeeping, When I came back around 4 pm, the room was cleaned perfectly. but the conditioner and body wash was not refilled. It was my mistake or housekeeper's mistake.

Room, swimming pool, mirrors, views, decoration, receptionist was very friendly and gave us late check out as our flight was later.

Dinner / breakfast could’ve been better but it was good. The room was cold. I tried to keep the ac on a high temperature but it didn’t work and turning off the ac didn’t work either. I should’ve called someone but I was too sleepy but couldn’t sleep well because of the cold (was feeling cranky). The bathroom ceiling was leaking when I entered it in the morning. The receptionist told me later that he would have changed my room if I had informed about it earlier but as we already passed the night so I thought it was useless to inform. But the staff was nice. Hopefully they have fixed it now.

Huge bedrooms and comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Lovely balcony looking out at the pool. Housekeeping was excellent. Special mention to MD FaijuR. He provided us everything we needed during our stay. All staff very friendly. Food at appolossa bar was very nice. And also pool side food and drinks were good.

Nothing everything was great. Just maybe the pool chairs and tables could do with update. The cushions on the pool chairs were dirty and torn. The tables were broken. And also the chairs. This is the only thing.
