I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was really good and exceeded my expectations. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The bathtub in my room appeared quite old and was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cold enough, which affected my comfort. Also, the hotel elevator and the corridors were really hot, which made moving around the hotel quite uncomfortable. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This hotel was fantastic. From the moment your car arrives, the stewards are prompt, helpful, and always welcoming me personally by name. Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a great ambiance and Serigne with excellently prepared Arabic Gahwa and a lovely conversation. Check-in was smooth & swift, although we arrived early. Furthermore, Fortunate contacted me prior to our arrival, had set-up balloons, flower arrangements, and cake in the room for my special celebration, which was a very nice surprise upon entering the room. The rooms were beautiful, modern, comfortable, and most importantly, had an amazing view of the hotel grounds and creek from the balcony. During our stay, we tried the Lebanese restaurant and the in room dining. Both had delicious food and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well, and it had lots of variety, as well as excellent service provided by Prakash. Overall, although it was a short stay, we had an amazing time and experience at the Ritz Carlton Grand Canal.

The room was very clean and fresh, a few little things that need attention, and highlighted to the team at the front desk upon checkout. The bell boy, pool attendants, valet parking, desk staff & housekeeping all nailed it when I came to a seamless and comfortable stay. Very enjoyable & would stay again.

Recently renovated and showing age on the balcony at such an early stage, bathtub plug didn't work, bathrobes not available for sale.

We returned to this hotel, a place I often used when living in Abu Dhabi. The staff kindness and attention is the best asset of this hotel. I like the adult pool and the strict rule of no kids or minors.

The hotel was really busy and full. We asked for a quiet room and checked if they had a breakfast room alternative because of the huge amount of families and kids. Since we were already concerned with this they could offer the lounge access, like we have been given before. I also requested a late check out since we wanted to have friends coming over for a lunch, then go to room take a shower and leave. We explained this, however, they told us they could only extend until 2pm. So we decided to invite our friends to another place and leave before 2pm. Even from an economy perspective the decision to not extend the check out until 4pm was not the best for the hotel.

From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and exceptional hospitality. Serigne welcomed us warmly and surprised us daily with delightful chocolate dates, a personal touch that made our stay even more special. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is perfectly maintained, exuding a sense of true old-money luxury that feels both timeless and sophisticated. Our room was spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a breathtaking view that added an extra layer of magic to our experience. The resort boasts the largest pool in Abu Dhabi, and we spent entire days lounging and soaking up the sun, enjoying the serene atmosphere. Dining options were exquisite, each meal a delightful experience showcasing the finest flavors. Overall, our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi was unforgettable. We left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly pampered, already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking the ultimate luxury getaway!

A Perfect Anniversary Getaway – Exceeded All Expectations! We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi for three nights at the end of May to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, and it was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond anything we expected. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and every detail is taken care of with such care and attention. The pool is absolutely gorgeous — huge, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. We spent hours there every day, and it really added to the luxury of the experience. The staff truly made our stay special — always ready to assist, always smiling, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the perfect holiday. Their warmth and professionalism stood out throughout our stay. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Thank you for an incredible experience — we will never forget this anniversary!

What we didn’t like: Honestly — nothing. Everything was perfect, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

- The staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special, which we truly appreciated. - Breakfast was great: a diverse spread with high-quality food and thoughtful touches like packaged snacks the kids loved. - Room was spacious and well-equipped, making it comfortable for a family. - Pool area was great, with plenty of space for our toddler to play safely. - Overall, service was quick and attentive throughout our stay.

- No sofabed in the room, which would have been helpful for families. - Room cleanliness fell short on one occasion where a large used towel was left behind (in the bidet) and the bin wasn’t emptied. - Some items in the breakfast buffet appeared to be leftovers from the previous day, which affected the overall experience.

The facility is a wonderland, the staff are so genuine and kind, you just get 7 stars hospitality from the staff at the main door to any other ritz team member, the rooms have a panoramic view, it is breathtaking, pool is the largest and temperature controlled. Just an out of this world amazing resort for families. If you will be lucky you will be allocated to Selvia, the guest relation manager, she is a real asset for the hotel, very helpful, genuine, welcoming, employees like Selvia are rare, she took care of my kids like they are her kids, every day a new surprise for them, she made them loyal to Ritz even from the age of 7 years 😀 , well done Ritz team, we had a wonderful vacation with your hospitality.🥰

We were welcomed by Salafa and immediately felt the care and comfort of the hotel and staff. They upgraded us to a villa was a fantastic gift for our wedding staycation. It allowed us to enjoy the vibe and preparation time before the ceremony in privacy. Upon our return, we were gifted with a personalized card of contradictions and small gifts around the villa that made us feel loved and celebrated by the staff. The hotel facilities are at another level of standard and we enjoyed the quiet adult pool, fitness center, and restaurants at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was 5 star ⭐️ and deserves a mention - fresh products, well organized, various options and friendly staff. The villa had all the comforts needed for a couple of days retreat and we were able to relax immediately upon entering. Overall the experience was outstanding and the entire staff were supportive and friendly

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, especially by the lovely ladies at reception—Selvia and Elena. They were super nice, friendly, and caring, making us feel so welcome. They were also so sweet with our baby, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent facilities, delicious food and a fantastic location. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the beds were so comfortable,we slept like royalty! They even accommodated a late check-out which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
