I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capital Center Arjaan in AbuDabi, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service throughout my stay. All the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Rafaja for her kindness and professionalism—she was always helpful and respectful. I would also like to commend Mr. Omar, the lifeguard, for his attentive and courteous presence by the pool. A special mention also goes to Ms. Nicole at the Body and Health Club Center. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness truly enhanced the overall wellness experience during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast experience was excellent. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Technologically current: I liked the do not disturb & please clean switches on the door, TV was okay although a bit low quality. Breakfast was nice but it lacked variety (same each day with limited selection so ymmv). Price of stay was good compared to the neighbouring hotels. Location was perfect for my destination (ADNEC), i didn't have to use a car at all during my stay Staff were friendly and kind.

I had to wait past check-in time while the staff were hastily cleaning and preparing the room. As such, some of the amenities were not ready when we arrived (no tissue boxes in the room for example). Bathroom door lock was broken and we couldn't lock it, and the door itself was wobbly and not fixed in its hinge.

Its a very clean and professionally managed property. I was staying here for the third time. I like the rooms. They are clean and spacious. Everything is modern and well placed. My room had a good kitchen. Great room service. Special shout out to Saqib. He was very friendly and helpful.

1. The kitchenware was too less. Just 2 plates and a small bowl. 2 glasses. Just not enough. Most of the hotels offering kitchen accompanied rooms I have stayed in Abu Dhabi, have much more kitchenware. 2. The reception staff was a bit stoic. The person, even though aware that I was a frequent guest at the hotel, never offered a free upgrade (which others normally offer). He even charged for early check in, which atleast he could have waived off for a frequent guest. In any case he could have given a discount (300 AED for a 3 hour early check in was highly unreasonable to my mind), as the room was already ready for stay.

Good sized comfortable and clean room, with some cooking facilities and a washing machine. Hotel was decorated for Christmas which was nice! Breakfast was good and staff were all lovely. We arrived very early for checkin and it was not a problem. Room service menu and meals were also good. Stayed here to attend Abu Dhabi GP (about 30 min taxi ride away) and would recommend.

Nothing really. Note that the kitchenette did not have much in the way of cooking implements but we only really needed the microwave! It is also a ’dry’ hotel, but this was not an issue for us.

First of all, hotel and location is amazing! Super,duper friendly staff and approachable especially fahad who first welcome us when we walk in the reception, Jevi the filipina who informed evrything to us bout whats all the facilities round the property which is super cool, glaiza who been assisting us when we checked out time and everyone. THANK YOU SO SO Much and we extremely appreciated it.They prepared a beautiful thing for us inside the room that we ddnt even expect at all. It was lovely. They treat us well. Delivered the amenities so fast everything we requested something like before we check-in we sent a mail if we could let our friends to come up without hassle in the reception as long as they have to registered their names in the reception. Thank you once again. We absolutely come back here soon. We absolutely come back and stay with you again soon.

Location of the hotel is brilliant next to Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre. Many prestigious exhibitions and shows are running all the time, which are free! Rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee facilities and safe are available. A small kitchenette with open plan living room. Our room was on top floor with a nice panoramic view of the ocean and islands. All staff were professional and helpful. A special thanks go to Housekeeping staff "Mazhar" who was assigned to look after the rooms in our floor. He did a good job.

It was a very nice studio room with all necessary facilities for a one night stay. It is a good location for work stay as it is ideally located on the main road with easy access to ADNEC.

They did not have a restaurant at the property. Also probably not the ideal choice if someone is looking for a nice cozy stay for relaxation and leisure as the hotel doesn’t have a lot of Amenities.

Staff is very friendly, Mazhar provided additional items we needed. There was some misunderstanding re the original room we booked, so we were upgraded to a better one for the first night. Location was great as we were attending global media congress, uber is always around as well. Really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was awesome i really enjoyed the services, Mr. Ruwan was really helpful.

I have noticed that responses to room service requests can sometimes take a while, but I understand that they may be experiencing a high volume of activity, and I try to be understanding of the situation.

Outstanding service! Outstanding staff! Outstanding facilities! Outstanding everything could not fault anything i loved every bit of my stay! I felt very safe no discomfort what so ever ! 10/10 highly recommend
