I was only in transit through Abu Dhabi for less than 24 hours. I was able to check in after midnight, the girl at the accommodation was extremely kind and explained in detail the facilities that I can use as I arrived after 1:00 AM. The rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms are spacious, very clean, and the building has style both in terms of architecture and equipment, being also in a very good area with shops and restaurants open even after midnight in the immediate vicinity. Although there was a charge for storing luggage after check-out time, I was allowed to keep it for free for a few hours. From the central bus station that goes to and from the airport, I was able to get to the hostel very easily

I love this place, Near in bus station and mall. I stayed here twice and more in the future if needed. I definitely recommend this hostel. Room is clean as well as the bathroom. Good kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge ect., Spacious outdoor with nice garden. The staff are approachable and kind.🤍

What I didn't like in this hostel 1st was the AC they turned it off even you were in a middle of your sleep. On 1st visit they turned it off and open the fun and on my 2nd visit they turned it off again and leave without opening the fun!! Since their staff is kind and nicer i was able to requested to open it since it was too hot and glad she open the AC. Kudos to those two staff.🫶 However once you awake you will not able to sleep again. 2nd is their blanket. When I visited the second time I had to bring my own.

Staff : Friendly polite and professional Bed: I slept in a bunk bed and they use to make it daily . I even left my own hanger on the bed they used it to hang my t shirt and they also . They folded my cloths and kept them organized !!!

Location is amazing . Just 3 minutes away from Abu Dhabi terminal bus station . Property was so clean the shared bathroom was always clean and smelt good.

I was in 3 beds room. Made reservation last moment. The 3 beds room is comfortable enough. However, I'm not sure if other 6 beds rooms similar comfortable. I was surprised that overall it is more or less clean and people friendly there and no noise during the night, and good enough kitchen (where I can have coffee or tea and eat something) and good enough shared bathrooms. It is good enough to stay one or few nights when you have no choice and want to find something cheaper at the last moment (but the price that I paid for one bed in 3-beds room was similar to the price for apartment in real good cheaper hotel, and the problem was that I had to do reservation last moment, so there was no available apartments in hotels, because of gas conference during these days of my stay, so all hotels were already reserved in advanced in the city).

It was first time in my life to live in hotel where many people in every room. Maybe you need to wait to get to bathroom, maybe you need to worry for belongings (however they have cameras). Breakfast (included) not so tasty, but Ok just to eat something in the morning.

This hostel is well-run. The people behind it care. Management a bit serious until they recognize you aren't going to trash the place. I have read a couple other not so good reviews about this place and I have to disagree. Management has done a great job to build a very nice place that is modern and couldn't be in a better location right by the central bus station and a great mall (they even get the air conditioning right in the rooms!). Can you blame them for trying to keep everything upright and orderly? Don't think the rules are over-the-top for UAE. Shouldn't mistake management style for being autocratic. It's not. They care about keeping the establishment upright as not to let it fall into dilapidation by misuse. Definitely recommend it if you really need a quiet night's sleep where there are good beds and everything is really clean and in working order. These kind of places make a difference for weary travellers. There is also an outside lounge area where you can socialize and do your thing. Would definitely come back for a night or two.

everything was good cleanliness/ location/ bed/ aircon/ shower but most of all the staff. i arrived at 3am after a flight delay. the team were in constant contact with me so when i arrived i waited seconds to be let in the property and got to bed after check in - for this i am really grateful a massive thank you

Cynthia was very very helpful, charming and easy going. The best of our stay was her. The cleaning was good.

I missed some lockers to make it safer. A/C was always at night on and if you had the bed in front, then was too cold. I missed some bedding for the duvet. Also the ad can lead to misunderstanding, it mention 6 beds, but are 12 beds, the excuse was 6 “Bunkbeds”, very sneaky under my opinion.

Very nice host. You take very good care of your guests. Exceptionally clean. Very good value for money. Guests actually talk to each other instead of only being online (WiFi is very good though) Extremely convenient location next to Abu Dhabi bus station (airport bus) (I stayed here last year on a layover. Came back this year to explore Abu Dhabi properly)

Even if it was a busy day, they accomodated our request. The check in was smooth and made it easy for my family to be familiar with the place. They are friendly too. Place is quiet and clean.

There was a smoking smell in the washroom beside the room given to my aunties.

What I loved in particular was Cynthia's hospitality and her friendliness. She was really kind and considerate at all times!

Everything is highly recommended but the mattress, which was rather hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
