Clean, cheap and good service. The staff members could be more welcoming.

1. No parking available in the area due to traffic and residents. 2. No vallet service when its needed 3. I came to the hotel earlier for check-in without carrying ID, but I had it digitally since we living in 2025 in UAE and they did not accept it and made me come back later with the ID to proceed the check in procedures even though I gave the details needed. This side should be improved. 4. Very noisy staying because the hotel is located on the main road, unless you book for higher floor which is only 9 floors, I had mine at 8 and still I heard sounds.

Our stay in Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments was very good! good, big and clean room, with all kitchen stuff, with microwave, teapot and so on. The location is good, big mall in 10 mins walking, a lot of public transport, and not far from The Corniche street with beaches. We've got a late flight, so had to have a very late check-in (ft 4 a.m. in the morning), and administrator on the front desk was waiting for us patiently, and gave us a good check in service! Thank you for the service, for our safety stay in your hotel! We'll surely recommend Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments!

The room is spacious, including the bed. kitchen utensils are complete. bed is comfortably soft. room is clean including the linens.

No slippers, the floor is cold. No kitchen shears, though it's understandable. For us foreign visitors who own different types of chargers, there are no available adapters for the wall sockets (I did not ask the reception if there are available, by the way)

Good location, restaurants, shops and a big mall are walking distance. Very good room service. Spatious room, everything needed is provided. Breakfast is a little bit unusual: local spicy dishes. Cheese,toasts, eggs are on demand.

Couldn't open entirely the window, it was blocked. Rather noisy street, even at night and with closed window. It was rather chilly in the room and was no way to heat it up.

Excellent room with a kitchen- kitchen was well-equipped also. The housekeeping helped to keep the room extremely clean throughout the stay. Wi-Fi was quite strong in the room, as there was an individual router in the room itself.

Very minor - if a dish soap and a sponge could be provided, it would be better. They offer a dish washing service, but it was a bit pricey.

this accommadation wasnt planned at all but was a bit of a savoir after the tragedy that was the Adex cool apartment id booked before arriving in Abu Dhabi. A nice big room, very big bed, i like beds i can get lost in, nice. Kitchen area very good and a very cold fridge. Very good wifi, had a good bath and got out ok, not slipping about like a wet seal

1. The location is 10 mins of walking from the central bus station, which means that you can get there by bus from pretty much any popular location in and near the city of Abu-Dhabi. P.S. Note that to use a bus you need to get a plastic card from a bus ticket machine at the airport, and it only accepts cash. Don't forget to put some money on it too, to activate. 2. A big shopping mall is right next to the bus station and in 5 mins of walking from the hotel. There you can find anything you need for your trip, including food court (I personally recommend a green canteen in the far left corner of the foodcourt, it's cost effective and really delicious). 3. The hotel staff are very helpful and nice. You can reach reach them by the hotel's landline phone from your room and order breakfast if needed. 4. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was great, all electric outlets, lights and appliances working.

1. The transfer from the airport offered costs $40, which I learned after the booking. There was no clarification in the description of the room that it is not included in the price of the room. Not a big deal, but still, would be better to have it clear beforehand. 2. The soundproofing could be better. Some neighbours had a loud party at night and I had to turn the TV on to fall asleep.

The range of services fully corresponded to the category of the hotel. But most of all I was impressed by the speed of the Internet. I needed to make a business call, so the quality of the connection was important to me. I would also like to thank the staff for their extra help. I was provided with an adapter for my laptop and allowed to check out half an hour late. I will recommend to friends.

There is a washing machine in the room but no disposable washing powder. I chose a hotel to wash some of my clothes after the flight. I would like the administration to offer guests disposable packages of washing powder. I'm even willing to pay a little more for such a service)))

It was a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient. The window shows good view of blue sky and city. Always comes with fresh air. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The kitchen was was handly. It feels like home.

The facilty was a bit old and some broken stuff. The bathroom is a lilttle old. But it was a good price for the value.
