Due to the high demand, the Executive apartments were fully booked and at time of check-in we were moved to the Hotel presidential suite. All our needs were met and exceeded. Every person of the team, from housekeeping to front office and the ladies at breakfast time, were absolutely fantastic.

Valet takes a few minutes but it is most probably due to the high occupancy and distance to the parking, however we called down to the reception a few minutes before leaving the room and the car was ready once we got to the main entrance.

Huge 2 bedroom apartment. 3 bathrooms. Very clean. Washing machine and small detergent made my day. Very quiet. Shopping mall just across the road. Helpful staff. We forgot the backpack outside of the hotel . The staff member took it inside and send it to us by taxi. Thank you guys!

Room service doesn’t serve alcohol in the apartments. I Don’t understand why.

HUGE apartment, daily cleaning, quiet and nice pool, hot tub, walking distance to mall, friendly staff, great (paid) breakfast buffet

If you’re staying in the apartments you can only use the apartment pool on the 8th floor (not the hotel pool) - not a big issue but worth mentioning

Nice clean apartment with three bedrooms with queen beds. Kitchen was clean with a fridge, water boiler and clean water dispenser and a washing machine. The living room and dining area was really nice with a very beautiful view of the city.

All was amazing, but there was a little bad smell when we first moved in, but it all faded away in a short time.

This was a suite with lots of space, furniture, cushions, and a full kitchen (if you need one). Washer/dryer was a plus, as were the dual sinks and extra towels in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet in the adjacent Marriott hotel offers expansive selections that change daily. Cooked-to-order Indian and other Asian options were the real thing. Chef should bottle and sell his fig compote (don’t miss it).

Outlet locations are a little limited. No USB ports, so bring an adapter.

The location was excellent. Lots of places to eat nearby and able to navigate the city from the location. The staff were excellent and catered to all our needs. Excellent customer service.

I loved everything about the stay.

The apartment is clean very well organized spacious the staff are friendly and helpful the breakfast is one of the best breakfast ever so much variety that meets all expectations and the staff at the breakfast specifically were very welcoming and accommodating especially for young children we really enjoyed our stay the kids loved the hotel and the pool.

I noticed there were no mirrors at all in the bed rooms only one at the bathroom and there were no makeup mirrors. The lightening was a bit dim I think the apartment will be much brighter with better lights apart from this every body was friendly helpful and amazing if we ever go back to Abu Dhabi we would love to stay there again.

The unit is so spacious, clean, has everything you need like toileterries, cutleries, cooking utensils etc. Very close to the shopping mall. They have free valet parking which is very helpful.

The property was extremely special and I love it. How clean it was and how courteous the staff was. Will book again. It was best of the Marriott where we stayed in whole of Saudi Arabia.

Everything was perfect

Location was ideal for us to get to all of the main attractions by private car. Facilities were exceptionally clean and the standard of services was excellent. Front desk personnel were very helpful and professional. I also particularly liked the size of the living room in the 2-bedroom apartment and the expansive view it afforded from the bay of floor-to-ceiling windows.

I originally had a three-bedroom booked but was unable to modify the length of my stay from the confirmation tab although I was still within my free cancellation window. I eventually managed to chat with a customer service rep based in the US; he did his best to help me, but eventually the safest path forward was to cancel the original reservation in order to guarantee receiving my refund. My rates were higher upon rebooking so I settled for a 2-bedroom apartment.
