The hotel was clean. Staff was very efficient and polite (especially Mostafa and Elsa at the front desk). Nicholas was also very quick. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Dinning hall is small and there is not enough space for guests to easily sit and take food. We had to share table with another family because there were not enough tables available. Enough crockery was not readily available. Bath tubs not available inside the hotel bathrooms. Swimming pool is not available inside the same hotel building.

The room that i had was big and clean, you can ask for dental kit and shaving kit at reception. The breakfast and dinner (i had half board) was with a good variety of local and non local food. A special thanks to the staff from reception, Edward and Nicholas, which were very helpfull in giving important information. And also special thanks to the 2 ladies from the dinner restaurant (which is 3 building to the left).

We stayed with family at Al Rawda Arjan for a short gateway, we couldnt have been more satisfied! The entire team was professional and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Edward from the reception and Ali the restaurant waiter who went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and will recommend to everyone.

Parking

Super nice host! We got an upgrade to a deluxe appartment, which was a very friendly gesture. Thank you! :) The views from our windows (openable - which was fantastic!) were superb! Size of the appartment, amenities, location - all was great! I loved our stay!

I am non smoking and I could (delicately) smell some cigarretes in the appartment from time to time. But it was the only one and a really small inconvenience in comparison to all the advantages the hotel offered.

Staff were amazing! Added value they upgrade our room from studio to 1 Bedroom without additional charges. Also, location wise is pretty impressive, very accessible to Al Whada Mall and Central Bus Station which good for us because we came from Dubai. Definitely there will be next time!

Not really don't like it, but I can suggest to have some kitchen utensils and kitchenware's should be available because property offer kitchenette. But it's fine, you can request it and surely they will accommodate the needs.

The apartment was clean and spacious with a great view. The staff was friendly and ever helpful. Very good connectivity with bus stand right next to the location and taxis easily available. Wahda mall is at walking distance.

The single beds in the second bedroom could not be put together.

Well appointed apartment in a good location - was very close to the central bus station which suited us as we caught the bus from Dubai. The apartment was very near the Al Wahda mall. The reception, cleaning and breakfast restaurant staff were very good and the breakfast selections were very good (we paid the small additional fee for breakfast each day of our stay).

Nothing comes to mind

Ideal location. Quite good breakfasts. Near a large mall where you can buy everything you need. Not far from the bus station.

Very poor housekeeping. Upon arrival, we saw a chip on the floor in the bedroom. In the corners, the dust was not removed during the entire stay. There was chewing gum on the bedside table.

we really like: The location just behind wahda mall which is so easy for us. All the staff were very helpful and super friendly. The room so clean and the room service cleaned our room everyday. It was such amazing!

It is close to everything . Elisa is always friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Elango ,Ali, and Moustafa were ready to help and are very friendly .
