My stay at Executive Suites Abu Dhabi was largely positive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—ideal for a business traveler. Staff were courteous and efficient, and the location is excellent, close to key commercial areas and shopping malls. The Wi-Fi was strong, and overall amenities were well-maintained.

However, there were two concerns worth mentioning. First, the room lacked proper soundproofing despite the listing stating otherwise. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic was occasionally disruptive. Second, the bathroom design led to consistent flooding after showers. Even with the curtain securely placed inside the tub, water would leak onto the floor—posing a potential safety risk.

The hospility of every staff is excellent. From the receptionist to the bell boy and cleaners all welcome you with the biggest smile you can find. I like the fact that the suite is very quiet and peaceful as the location is not in the crazy busy city centre. There’a a mosque within 100 m from the hotel so convenient for my partner to do his prayer. There are plenty of restaurants around for u to dine and lulu supermarket is just 5 mins away. It has all the kitchen facilities that I neef, eventhough not the most sophisticated one but sufficient for you to prepare light meals on days I didnt feel like eating out. Will definitely stay here again next time .

I like the place the staff are very good and very respectful except the reliever lady guard that rude response when we ask towel in the pool area we requested her the towel and she answer us to call directly to the one who will bring towel for us and long time we wait a while a go we know pool area will close at 6pm and earlier she informed us that 15 mins left it will be closed because also her duty will be finished but the rest of the services and other staffs are very nice and the lady who come to our room is exceptional very polite and very good attitude Ms.Reyalyn , yaser also is very helpful he assisted me when I left in the hotel , abishay is very attentive in the restaurant checking all the table to tidy and checking if still have available food for the guests thank you for all the staff for my amazing stay in your place. Sure to come back there...

Only the reliever security that day in the pool area.

Frankly speaking, the front desk gentleman offered us with a one bedroom suite instead of a superior suite as they were all occupied. Hence we got a living, bed & bath with kitchenet facility. THANKS FOR THAT. Facility was clean and neat, and housekeeping staff were cooperative anytime.

Main issue was toilet basic design - it is congested and crowded unnecessarily, especially the WC & associated fixtures and Wash basin counter are poorly located / planned! Another disadvantage is that the hotel doesn't have it own parking facility. Though its not major problem, since the area has lots of offices around finding public parking in day time is very hard!

Perfect location..very closed to Central bus station excellent facilities like free wifi. Guest service overal i highly recommend to this executive suite if any one looking for comfortable and enjoyable stay.might be one day i will return again in the future...

1. Very courteous, efficient and helpful staff , esp those posted at the Conceirge Desk. 2.Wide variety of nicely prepared dishes at the breakfast buffet for vegetarians 3. Comfortable bed and efficient air-conditioning. 4. Big spacious room with wardrobe provided with safe locker .

1.No 4 Housekeeping never pick up calls ! Had to make several calls to No 1 Reception for sachets of milk, sugar and tea 2.. No stirrer or small teaspoon provided ! 3. Electric switchboard fixed very close to the working desk/ table making it difficult to fix plugs inside .

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the executive suites hotel in Abu Dhabi. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff to the convenient location near all the attractions. To begin with, staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the guests. I ordered most of my food from the in-house restaurant named L'Auberge Palace, where food is very tasty at a reasonable price.

Although my room is very comfortable to stay in, the soundproofing of the units is not adequate to protect the guests from disturbing noise from the other neighbouring units. Personal issues of then other guests creating the noise may be out of the property's control; hence, I would suggest putting families instead of solo or couple travellers.

Location was close to my place of work. It's in a non-noisy, well maintained area. Lulu Express Super market ATM, couples of eateries are within 500m Behind the hotel is City Bus Stop. Hotel is good - functional, comfortable, helpful smiling staff, good housekeeping, quick to attend. My room had kitchen, washing m/c, microwave, bathroom. Rooms & bathroom are bit old, but neat & clean, well maintained If they refurbish a bit, it will get back it's splendor & shine. I did not use restaurant, so cannot comment on food.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment, paint.. Only 1 restaurant.n
