I really had a very nice stay at Centro Hotel in Abu Dhabi . The guys at the reception were very professional and smiling , polite even due to my late arrival. I Remember still Mr Gouda and his collegue very helpfull always with a smile . We became almost long time friends . All th staff people I met in Centro Hotel were very helpfull, polite and well dressed . I liked all the smiles at the breakfast , receiving all their attention. I can't tell them by name But I thanks them all !! The room was very clean . I regret a little the hours of cleaning but finally I Accomodate to their scedules. I liked the welcome words at the swimming pool at the 20th floor after my breakfast and in afternoon . I thanks personnaly Mr Rachead from Bangladesh for his help ? Good location, for attractions you need a taxi/uber anyway. There is a mall nearby which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are acceptable in size, clean, the air conditioning worked well but a bit noisy. The pool is not very big (normal because it is on the roof), but beautiful and with a nice view over the city, especially in the evening. Towels are provided free of charge at the entrance. Very good breakfast, varied for a three-star hotel. The staff in the dining room very friendly.

Although we correctly checked the number and age of children when booking on booking.com, upon arrival we were informed that the price paid does not include breakfast for children, it must be paid additionally (!?!). I don't know if the error was on the booking platform or the hotel. I'm wondering if it was really an error, but rather an additional payment that needed to be collected. Otherwise, only good.

The room was the clean, breakfast very good and the location excellent! My mother had a lovely time. The staff at breakfast/ in particular Aisha, Millicent, Su and Dipendra gave us outstanding service. They were so accommodating and polite. They really made a big difference to our stay and are a credit to Centro Al Manhal. The cleaning staff were equally fantastic especially Zaheer who kept our room nice and tidy at all times and was always here for us if we needed anything.

The staff were very welcoming with a smile on their faces. Very accommodating and helpful, especially Mr. Gouda, the manager Mr. Ahmed, and Miss Lamia. The location is nice and everything was very close to us. The breakfast and lunch were very nice and tidy with calming atmosphere. The room service was great and the staff providing us our needs. The valet was extra benefit if you have a car and the designated staff are keen to assist you within minutes. In general, it’s great place compared with its value.

The only downside I faced is that I have requested a spacious room for smokers, but no chance to be in one. Other than that I am pretty happy.

Overall, a nice hotel for a good price in Abu Dhabi. Location is convenient, being close to a major mall and the main bus station, there are many local buses that pass by. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Wifi worked well.

The bed and pillows are not comfortable - the mattress is extremely firm (probably "hard" is a better word to describe it), and the pillows are also not soft or comfortable. The bathroom is surrounded by glass, and while the bottom part is frosted (so you can't see through it), the top is translucent. That means if someone turns on the light in the bathroom, the whole bedroom lights up, too. Not ideal in the middle of the night.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself boasts a perfect location, easily accessible and ideal for exploring the surroundings. Our room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—elegant yet inviting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area; it’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality.

Wow! What an amazing place. So clean, so friendly, so organized. Need I say more. Much better than some 5 star places I have stayed at and definitely better value for money. I am very picky and obsessed when it comes to hotels. I always find faults and think of myself as some kind of "hotel inspector". I could not find any fault with Centro. The front desk - very warm and welcoming. I saw them so accommodating to a guy who wanted a late checkout. Housekeeping - fast and neat without cutting any corners. Gym and Swimming pool - in great condition. Checkout - so smooth and quick. I would not stay in any other hotel in Abu Dhabi, from now on.

Warm welcome at reception and easy and quick check-in. Spacious and pleasant room with comfortable bed with basic amenities. Good access to surrounding tourist sites like the corniche with its great restaurants. I would strongly recommend that if visiting Abu Dhabi, you must go to Marmellata restaurant at the harbour area. It serves great mouth-watering pizza options - I guarantee that you will not have tasted pizzas like these. And they make a great in-house fresh mint lemonade. The staff is great and the owner, Raj, has a unique and heartwarming way of welcoming customers. Remember to go early as a long queue builds up very quickly (a pizza costs about AED 80 - 90). The hotel is also quite near the airport. Take the city cabs as they are cheaper from and to the airport (about AED 65 - 75 from the hotel).

This Is a nice Hotel. If you are looking for a super nice stay , just book this hotel for any upcomming stay . The hotel has it all ,nice rooms,good internet,nice rooftop with a littel pool,a good desent gym,and a wery good breakfast ,plus all of the staff members is wery welcomming and up to the task of welcomming a guest. Also you are abel to walk to a wery nice beach ,just go to the right as you leave the Hotel ,and after around 30-45 min you will arive at the beach at the end of the road. Plus the esey acces to the bus station and some good malls ,this Hotel has it all . So dont think just book this hotel,for your upcomming stay.

As I wrote ,all is pretty good at this Hotel ,but if you are going to put a finger on anything ,it might relate to the pool ,but only if you want to lap swimm ,because then this pool isent for you. But still this Hoterl is a nice choise for your upcomming stay.

I liked the soundproofing in the rooms, the room design, and the location. The breakfast was very filling and delicious.

The breakfast time was stated incorrectly. We called the reception and asked what time breakfast was. They told us it was from 6 AM to 12 PM. We were happy, went to sleep, and came for breakfast at 11. It turned out that breakfast actually ended at 11. We weren’t the only ones—several other guests faced the same issue. It was an unpleasant experience.
