The location was great for my free evenings. The staff was very nice and polite. Good choice of breakfast every morning.

I was on no smoking floor so there's nothing I would dislike about this property. I would definitely book and stay there again.

I liked most are the staffs. They were very helpful and accomodating. Even the room was very clean and organized. There's a bar that you can hangout with good staffs also. I want to recognize Ms. Regina, she is very good, I think she is perfect in the reception. Thats it. Keep up the good work. Hope to stay again for my next visit. I will recommend it to my friends.

Only the time is there issue mean you can chose the time there as par u want there is fix time for the check-in if that one they give as per need then will.be more better

Great staff who are friendly and welcoming and made sure all my requests were attended to. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sahoor/breakfast was lush and had so many items . Will definitely re-visit

Everything is was good except the first experience in the check in time the Syrian man and Philpino girl in the reception I feel like someone forcing them on a gun point to stay and work .no hi no hello nothing not professional at all .thare is white face girl not sure from whare but she is very professional.

I love the location as it is close to Jolibee Restaurant and to Gold Souq Madinat Zayed.

Two of us checked-in with my partner but the Hotel has only one towel. I called the reception and requested for another towel but unfortunately 'till we check-out we didn't received the extra towel.

The cleanliness is quite impressive and staffs are helpful, friendly. And of course, the location is great. Value for money and if you are travelling for other purpose, there is a lot options to enjoy the moment while staying at the Hotel. Thanks for great service. Well Done....

The room was spacious, but there was mould on the celings. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was a 15 minute walk from the main bus station which made it easy to visit the other emirates. Easy to pick up a taxi/bus from the hotel

The mould on the walls was an eye sore. There is a night club in the hotel so the music from it was loud which kept us up.

Very clean very nice room and view on 12th floor. It was amazing to watch sunrise every morning

Wifi was okay but not fast enough.

Room was spacious, having a nice city view and accessable to many other areas as bus station is just in front of hotel and petrol pump is just adjacent to hotel....staff is very friendly and cooperative....

Limited parking slots available and parking area is not clean enough.
