I was in abudhabi 16 to 17 of August to take my exam.this hotel is very near to the exam area,bus terminal etc. Thats why I book it. Aside from that it has a big,clean room,bath and bed.food is good also.i will recommend it if you are going to abudhabi to take your exam.its really the best choice.and thank you for the hospitality.front desk are very approachable.and answers calls automatically.

No mini grocery bar inside the room.my situation is i dont have that time to go groceries and buy food.and im too tired to go also. It will be very helpful for a traveler like me.i just want something to eat without waiting.

My room was well worth and I like their environment so much, their swimming pool and the gym were lit!

Locating the rooms are not all that easy so i think they should walked you straight to your room.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect—the rooms, the staff, and their willingness to help (especially Ifnaz, but others too). The welcoming Arabic kawa and fresh dates were very refreshing after over a 14-hour flight. The great breakfast buffet was just lovely and added to the exceptional experience. I arrived a good few hours before check-in, and there was a room available, so I could use it straight away. I also needed to store my luggage after checkout, and later in the evening, to kill a couple of hours before heading to the airport, the business center next to the lobby was just very convenient and comfortable to use to catch up with all the emails. My experience was so wonderful that I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The facilities were good. The pool area is amazing. The guy at reception named Waqiel is an excellent dude!

The gym equipments were decent but could be better.

THE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT BAR EXCELLANT FOOD AND DRINKS AND VARIETY OF ENTERTAINMENT. NICE FAMILY AREA AND RESTAURANT . SO GOOD FOR ALL. ALL COMPLEX LOW LEVEL. NOISE FROM BARS AND CLUB NOT AFFECTING RESIDENT AREA. NOT FAR FROM MAIN CENTRAL CITY AND COASTAL VISTING POINTS. OVERALL DECOR GOOD STANDARD .

felt bathroom ready for updating,Tiles updateing , vaity top large but takien up most of bathroom and no cupbords just space under neath. Tiles in living toom gives cold feeling but they are clean and nice. window into a inside small area so, no view.

The staff is friendly. The housekeeping is perfect, special thanks to Anil, who was responsible for our room. The breakfast was good, but we really missed chocolate cream. Consider it for the future.

The location is not so bad if you have a car or move by taxi. But for the ones considering taking public transport, bus stops are not so close, minimum walking distance is 17 minutes.

Hotel is very close to city but you will not feel the city vibe. The price is very good and staff in reception are accommodating most especially Marionne. She assisted us all the time. Very polite in answering phone too.

The bathroom door handle was broken inside. Unfortunately, the time to swimm in the morning is not appropriate to summer because it is too hot already when we came at 8am. It would be best if time were adjusted. Also if there’s a shade in the pool area.

All was perfect for me. The hotel + the facilities attached to it I.e. restaurant & hair salon are amazing places their laundry service is very good I stayed for 4 weeks I felt I was home and being served 5* services. This has been my 2nd time at Villagio will certainly be back again.
