My room was well worth and I like their environment so much, their swimming pool and the gym were lit!

Locating the rooms are not all that easy so i think they should walked you straight to your room.

The facilities were good. The pool area is amazing. The guy at reception named Waqiel is an excellent dude!

The gym equipments were decent but could be better.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect—the rooms, the staff, and their willingness to help (especially Ifnaz, but others too). The welcoming Arabic kawa and fresh dates were very refreshing after over a 14-hour flight. The great breakfast buffet was just lovely and added to the exceptional experience. I arrived a good few hours before check-in, and there was a room available, so I could use it straight away. I also needed to store my luggage after checkout, and later in the evening, to kill a couple of hours before heading to the airport, the business center next to the lobby was just very convenient and comfortable to use to catch up with all the emails. My experience was so wonderful that I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

felt bathroom ready for updating,Tiles updateing , vaity top large but takien up most of bathroom and no cupbords just space under neath. Tiles in living toom gives cold feeling but they are clean and nice. window into a inside small area so, no view.

The staff is friendly. The housekeeping is perfect, special thanks to Anil, who was responsible for our room. The breakfast was good, but we really missed chocolate cream. Consider it for the future.

The location is not so bad if you have a car or move by taxi. But for the ones considering taking public transport, bus stops are not so close, minimum walking distance is 17 minutes.

Hotel is very close to city but you will not feel the city vibe. The price is very good and staff in reception are accommodating most especially Marionne. She assisted us all the time. Very polite in answering phone too.

The bathroom door handle was broken inside. Unfortunately, the time to swimm in the morning is not appropriate to summer because it is too hot already when we came at 8am. It would be best if time were adjusted. Also if there’s a shade in the pool area.

The room services for meals have outstanding cuisine staff is so nice friendly polite they make one feel at home

All was perfect for me. The hotel + the facilities attached to it I.e. restaurant & hair salon are amazing places their laundry service is very good I stayed for 4 weeks I felt I was home and being served 5* services. This has been my 2nd time at Villagio will certainly be back again.

We've been here before and we kep on coming back! Reception staff members were warm and friendly. Check in process was straight forward. Security is also tight but it is for the good of all guests. The bedroom was well sized for the price that we paid. Haider, the bellboy who helped us was also polite and alert to assist. I can;t remember the staff member who first assisted us in the chieck in but Waque on our second day was accommodating and the filipina staff member during our check out was also nice and cheerful. Overall stay was great! the swimming pool was temperature controlled which is really useful at this winter weather.

There was some noise outside our room. I think some renovation is going on.
