I have known the hotel for several years and have always been very happy with my choice of the Vilaggio Hotel. Very committed and friendly staff. Mr. Kamran Ahmad from reception is just one name for all the staff who try to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Whether you just need a copy, want to store your luggage or have an appetite for the hotel's traditional delicious dates at reception. I am always happy to be a guest at the Vilaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi. Our stay was excellent and above expectations. We liked the continental breakfast and the amenities. Room is spacious and the staff were all accommodating.

The carpet smells bad. I think I requested for a non smoking room so it smells bad too, though it was clean. It is a connecting door, so we hear voices from the other room. Was happy hanging out in the Club but the drinks are too pricey.

It was an amazinggg stay!! Everyone was so helpful and happy to help , very polite people, great stuff. The room was super comfortable , it was supplied with everything you need!! The area itself was safe and had everything you needed super close. The view is very good too. Local buses are available, very close to the hotel , you can also get a bus to Dubai from that area, it helped us a lot. Small note for the people that say it smells like cigarettes, IT DOES NOT , we stayed on the 7th floor and it was just great, nothing to worry about. In general we were really satisfied with this hotel and we will definitely come back anytime! Definitely recommend!!

This, combined with the high cleanliness standards and excellent facilities, makes Grand Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi a superb choice for anyone visiting the city, whether for leisure or business.

- Good location and Friendly staff. - Staff was responsive and accommodating to our requests. - Free valet parking was a big plus in Abu Dhabi. Plus a supermarket and dry cleaners right next to it. - We were cautious of a club on the upper floors, but we were on the 7th floor and didn't hear a thing. - Very clean and were even providing free large water bottles daily.

- The hotel provided a baby cot but the quality of it wasn't great. - We reserved a suite, but the bedroom and living room have a partial separator (not a full door) - it was fine by us, but would've preferred more privacy, especially for a suite.

I loved the restaurant, gym and swimming pool. My room was super spacious for me and my family. I would sincerely like to thank all the staffs that helped me during my staff. I would definitely come back again with my family. THANK YOU GRAND VILLAGGIO.

- very good restaurant (we tried breakfast and dinner) - very spacious room (we choose the 51 m2 double room, with 1 and a half bathrooms) - very friendly and helpful stuff - private, free of charge parking - 2 bottles of water each day, in the room - good, central location, with many nearby restaurants; also bus station and a mall are close to the hotel

- no heating on the rooms, only cooling; initially, we were given a north facing room, on a lower floor, so it was pretty cold in the evening and nigh, as we went to Abu Dhabi at the end of January. Starting from second day, we moved to a south facing upper floor room, which was much warmer. So, problem solved.

The hotel experience was excellent. I traveled alone, and the staff were incredibly friendly, understanding, and patient, especially when I encountered issues with my international cards. They were very accommodating when receiving several delivery packages on my behalf, ensuring they were either delivered to my room or properly communicated to me. The gym is well-equipped with all the essentials. While it can be a bit noisy, I'm not particularly sensitive to sound. Given its central location and easy access to public transportation, some noise is to be expected. However, the windows are well-sealed, effectively minimizing the impact of the noise.

Nothing comes to my mind now.

Hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
