The hotel is new and as per UAE standard very clean! It smells amazing in the corridors. They welcome you with coffee or water and the service is exceptional. We didn't have breakfast here but I'm sure it would have been lovely. The location is right next to Al wahda mall with all the eateries you need. Across the road there are some local cheap eats too. Try the hotpot place, its fab! Alot of taxi drivers didn't know it existed so always just say al wahda mall for drop off. The beds were comfy, the room has an iron and ironing board which I always appreciate. It has a kettle and coffee and tea. Shower was great and the views from the 6th floor were very nice. There is a pool, steam room and sauna all great facilities and clean! Would highly recommend

We would like to express our gratitude to Mr.Hasan and Mr.Jugal for their assistance in responding to all of our inquiries. Their approach was highly professional, kind, and friendly, so we felt very welcomed at the hotel. In general, the staff was genuinely warm. The room was tidy, spacious, and cozy with a colorful and smart design. We were happy in the hotel and certainly will come back again.

Nice interior, spacious room, good selections of supplies in the room, all the basics are covered. Very cosy pool on the rooftop. Good location with a huge shopping mall nearby. An ok traffic and taxi drop-off compared to some other hotels.

Elevator doors were very harsh, both the closing doors hit my wife and kid, the door did not stop after contacting humans, it felt unadjusted. The room lacks storage space, there is only one wardrobe, chest of drawers or even an extra table to put stuff on would be nice, especially if you stay for several nights, you are quickly running out of storage and usable space in the room.

I am routine traveller, with multiple countries in each trip . This was my 1 day trip, really appreciate the warm welcome by front desk officer mr hamid . The hotel seems to me very new and best location. With vally parking. Building is at corner next to the shopping mall. Opposite hyper market. I have visited nearly 80 countries because of my job. Never had such great behaviour from staff . May be they all are managed by a very professional manager. Like i reached at 3 am . And after quick checkin they called me in my room to ask . Do i like the room ? Is everything ok . Never had such call even in 7 star hotel. Also the most strange thing i noticed. At breakfast . On 10:30 am a staff went to each table to remind them its 10:30 am if you want anything you can take we are closing the buffet. Means r u seriously! . .. Anyways the hotel was morethen my expectations. In this 7 days trip this was my 4th hotel . I have never seen such a wonderful staff .

There was every single thing in toiletries from shower cap . Sanitary pouches to combs and all . But no tooth brush :(. I think they forgot to put.

Location next mall was great, lots of food and shops to kill time. easy bus/ taxi access. Staff were excellent, could not do enough to help around reception area, room cleaning staff very friendly and helpful, always happy to provide extra milk / water when asked. Discounted massages, sauna and steam room. Booked over 6 months ago and got a brilliant rate .

Room 808 had issue with air con not turning off at temperature so room getting too cold. Let them know on check out and they thanked me for letting them know to get maintenance to repair. Pool looking a bit tired. Was a lot of road noise due to traffic horns as busy intersection.

This hotel has an incredible location, literally in the middle of everything! Al Wahda Mall is right beside you, offering hundreds of shops, including restaurants, retail stores, and essential services. Plus, it’s close to the main Abu Dhabi bus stop, making it super easy to reach any destination in the city. The room was fantastic, spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed during my stay without even having to call reception. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended!

Nothing really specific, as I only stayed for one night. Overall, everything was alright, except that the noise from the corridor could get quite loud at times, such as when someone knocking on the door of the neighbor guest.

Second time in 2 months , back in Ab Dhabi, back to La Quinta! Located in the right city center, close to Al Wahda Mall and other facilities. Everything was impeccable clean in this hotel, lively and warm human feeling. :) All well thought for the customer use, which is very important. The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, everyday cleaning the room was flawless with great products I guess, smelling perfect and luxurious each time (thank you Jamal and the team!!) and all staff exceeded all expectations. We had a small problem with the noise from another room when we checked-in, the Reception supported us immediately and offered us the most quiet room they had. We appreciated this beyond anything else, we had a great staying. Thank you so much for your availability and all the efforts done to please us as guests. Was truly appreciated!

I would like to thank to the hotel team who prepared a surprise for my husband birthday even if our arrival was after the midnight. It was a delicious big cake and balloons. Thank you so much for your hospitality and service!!! The room is very big and cosy, the breakfast is delicious and full of different foods. There are a lot of restaurants and fast foods nearby, being very affordable, while the mall is behind the hotel. They were always there to help us by parking our car, or whenever we needed the car they brought our car from the parking being already cold inside. That’s an advantage. I really like the fact that the team was very welcoming and always wanted to check if they can help us. I would like to thank to the entire team! I can remember their names but they do an amazing job!

We really liked our stay at your hotel. Really clean and nice design. We liked the gym and the pool area as well. The staff during the check-in and also the gentleman that helped us with the luggage were super friendly. The best part about the stay was by far the breakfast service, though! The quality of the food was some of the best we had in a long time, especially considering the fair price. Even better we liked the service during the breakfast. Out of all the friendly staff, the one person that stood out the most was definitely Jeremiah during the breakfast. Give this man a promotion!!! He was super polite and he was just genuinely friendly and proactive when it came to the service. I wish there were more people like him working in the hospitality industry.

The first room we looked at had some weird cigarette smell, that we did not like. But the second room was fantastic.
