Nice and clean hotel, really kind staff. Great choice for breakfast. Very good swimming pool and spa. We also left our luggage for a couple of hours after check out free of charge. Location is also good, Al Wahda mall is next to it with many restaurants and supermarket, and also main bus station is near. The reception works 24/7 so we had really smooth check in in the middle of the night.We enjoyed our stay.

The room layout and facilities were excellent. Absolutely loved that you could enter Wahda mall from the hotel, which added another layer of convenience. We didn't have food from the hotel so I'm not sure what this was like but the spa was excellent. Also another plus point was valet parking - again made our stay super convenient!

Some of the furniture was quite outdated and old and there was quite a bit of dust on things like lamps and above the bed. We had a tea towel that looked quite old, too. If these were changed the room would have absolutely hit the 10/10 mark.

Got high floor 27th floor room which was excellent with great views. Room was quiet, good storage space, comfy bed and soft feather pillows, bath robe etc. Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel was connected to the Al Wahda Mall which was really useful, and the general location was fine too. I ate at the ground floor restaurants on 2 occasions and the food and service was really good. There was an English Pub called Porters attached to the hotel which was handy for a few beers. All in all a very good stay at the hotel and would happily return

Only 'issue' was the shower water temperature control - quite sensitive, but other than that no concerns or complaints.

The Grand Millennium AI Wahda hotel provided an exceptional experience. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering all the comforts we needed. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to key attractions, and the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The price-quality ratio was excellent, making it a great value for money.

There was nothing significant to dislike about the stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

As previous residents at the Grand Millenium we decided to book this beautiful hotel again as we really loved our 11 months living there before. We were delighted to be back and as always enjoyed our stay. We love the room, the comfortable bed, the design and decor of the hotel throughout. We like very much the roof top pool and we also like a lot Porters.

We really like the roof top pool having used it many times before when we lived at the Grand Millenium apartments before. However we noticed that it hasn’t been well kept. There is a lot of stains/bird poop/brown rust around the pool area..the walls the ceiling. Definitely needs some attention. The sun bed cushions full of stains and not well kept. We were disappointed to see this as the Grand Millenium is a beautiful hotel but this lack of attention to detail can let down the standard and quality of the hotel.

Sort out pre booking Cots, ages, bedding. Hotel, booking.com, guest all have different perspectives of how a family of 4 sleep in executive bedroom when a cot is requested online. Generic auto reply to booking.com request did not address concern. Staff did wonderfully recovering from initial shortcomings (no bed for 8 year old, no extra blankets, 1 towel for family of 4) no toaster But staff should not have had to fix problems at 0200 on late arrival

The service and the kindness of the staff were exceptional: they took care of us in every detail. The facilities were shiny clean, valet service was amazing, and we had the best breakfasts every morning. Regarding the apartment, they were cleaning it every day, and the room service was spectacularly fast. The beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms were provided with everything you would ever need. Not to mention the SPA, the Jacuzzi, saunas, and the rooftop pool! Leaving this hotel was very difficult once you got used to this kind of comfort. I will definitely book again here for my next trip to UAE! Thanks to all the hard-working people who contributed to making our stay such an amazing experience!!

Our room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable . We had a lovely view and the room was quiet. The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient. I have to make a special mention of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were greeted at every moment with smiles and willingness to please. I had a sore throat and Mr Mukul came to my aid specially making me hot ginger and honey tea. My husband also left his phone in a taxi and Mr Tajaliat at the reception went out of his way to ensure the phone was safely delivered to us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

the room is quite spacious and the view is amazing, the bed is comfortable, the toilet is clean, reception is helpful. I love the jacuzzi and the sauna. The spa staff were helpful too and amazing!

On our 3rd day, when i requested for housekeeping, they did not leave tissues on the room as well as water, and did not clean the glasses and cups. Breakfast is quite disappointing because the chef from the live egg station always says no whenever I asked for simple request on how i liked my eggs. Cheese are all over the places and not segragated so its quite confusing to choose. Breakfast options are always the same.
