As previous residents at the Grand Millenium we decided to book this beautiful hotel again as we really loved our 11 months living there before. We were delighted to be back and as always enjoyed our stay. We love the room, the comfortable bed, the design and decor of the hotel throughout. We like very much the roof top pool and we also like a lot Porters.

We really like the roof top pool having used it many times before when we lived at the Grand Millenium apartments before. However we noticed that it hasn’t been well kept. There is a lot of stains/bird poop/brown rust around the pool area..the walls the ceiling. Definitely needs some attention. The sun bed cushions full of stains and not well kept. We were disappointed to see this as the Grand Millenium is a beautiful hotel but this lack of attention to detail can let down the standard and quality of the hotel.

I requested for early check in as I was on transit stay and we reached hotel at 8 am and the usual check in time is 2 pm. After talking to the hotel manager sitting right next to reception desk we have got our room by 10 am ( which is super great considering how busy the hotel was during our stay) We loved our stay in the hotel and everything is up to the mark but the best thing for us is the location. We managed to do shopping from the mall next to the hotel , which has a dedicated entry for hotel guests, without going through the hassel of transport.

The apartment was very spacious and the room service was amazing. Much better for a family than having two hotel rooms. We used the health club a few times and enjoyed that too. It's amazing they have the option for women and men only which allowed us to relax a lot more. The hotel access to the Wahda mall was brilliant too, allowing us to visit the food courts easily. The weather was lovely so we could walk outside, but in the middle of summer this would have been even more amazing as it would avoid the need to walk in the heat. Almost all the staff were welcoming and wonderful.

We had an extra bed which was not very comfortable but we asked them to change it so they did. Only the first night, one of the family slept on the sofa. There was two staff in particular who seemed a little sharp or sarcastic at breakfast which wasn't great, but the majority of staff were lovely.

Location is convenient. You can walk from the third floor directly to the shopping mall, enjoy the food court, and many more. I had a junior suite booking, which comes with breakfast, afternoon tea, and other bonus. The breakfast is good, with tons of choices. We are out busy visiting places most of the day time, and eating dinner outside, so we didn't get a chance to check out the afternoon tea package. We did receive a fruit plate and a dessert sample in our room during the second day, which was a joyful surprise.

The club lounge snack/desert time is very confusing. It was not what marked on the door, nor the one in the booklet that we received during check in. So by the time we went to check out the club lounge, it has always been empty. One time, when we got to the door, a kitchen staff just rolled a cart full of desserts out of the lounge. We yielded him out of the door, and then went in, and was told the afternoon tea was just over, and they are in the process of updating the signs of hours (Come on, how long does it take to update the time?? we stayed for two nights). My 10 year old was very disappointed on this part (by missing all great dessert selections).

Everything was perfect and special. It was grate stay. We had a great time the view from the room was spectacular ( showing alwahda football stadium) . The staff was super friendly and helpful. Mainly you could meet friendly staff in reception, but in this hotel all staff are amazing in all departments specially ( ahmed and sofian ) from reception and ( Faisal and Saba ) from the breakfast buffet team. Location to where I needed to be, and right next to the Mall. The rooftop bar has fabulous views across Abu Dhabi & was a buzzing with Karaoke on the night I was there.

I dropped my bag at around 10am and 'booked / checked in' including paying. On arrival at 6pm the room had been allocated to someone else ! The receptionist did sort it all, but it took more than 10 minutes of hassle that shouldn't have been there. The relatively small TV screen on a curved outer wall of the building NOT facing the bed

Great Location. Big comfy bed, spacious bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows which offered a great Panoramic view. Big modern full bathroom. Friendly and very helpful staff, especially Charlie and Shainim. They went over and above to ensure that my stay was comfortable and helped with all my tour bookings. I managed to get some good discounts on the excursions/tours due to their efforts. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. Did I mention that I had a room upgrade?. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium hotel. Will definitely recommend.

No Airport shuttle. The pool on the 31st floor should close a little later. Night swim with that breath taking view would've been magnificent. Main Restaurant needs more variety in terms of food. After two days of the very same food, one is left with no options but to eat out. Therefore losing money as a "half board" guest.

Large, clean and comfortable room, quite modern appliances. Common spaces were well arranges. Nice swimming pool at 31 floor, with a nice view also to the city,

Due to a large group of tourists having activities (breakfast, check-out) in same time, it was difficult to catch an elevator. We have an unpleasant surprize at breakfast, due to large number of tourists the food was disappearing fast and plates were almost all time empty; no glasses for water or juice, and price for breakfast was quite high.

We were at the suite room, with an access for the lounge (renew business place). The breakfast was delicate. with variety of food to choose. The staff genuinely nice and helpful, while the stay we were most of the time in the lounge. There have a meeting room, bar, comfortable couches- Mrs. Shifah assisted us with anything we need. The hotel is in main place. the mall is close and genuinely nice. The room is amazing with large bed, giant bathroom. Each morning we got fresh fruits. The pool located at the thirty-one floors with a beautiful view to the city.

When we arrived to the hotel via taxi from AUH airport they helped us right away with our luggage, their receptionist that night i believed her name was Misaka was very professional and pleasant, she always has that smile on her face even though it was almost 12MN, she confirmed our booking right away, we were accompanied by their bellman to our room, unfortunately we have to change rooms because of some small problem but that was ok because they immediately addressed the issue and changed our room. From our stay the location is good cuz it was next to the mall and it was on the main area in the city. Easy access to food stalls and supermarket ( lulu), it was just a pain to drive to their parking space underground cuz of many taxis and cars along the road, Overall it was a good experience, their receptionist are nice and always ready to help- shout out to Misaka and Rim. they don’t come and clean the rooms or offer to clean rooms i have to ask at the receptionist to have them clean our room. that’s the only thing I didn’t like. we stayed here for 4days and they cleaned our room one time, the day before we checked out.
