The rooms were clean and there were multiple offers to clean the rooms from the staff members; which was great that there was an emphasis on cleanliness. The room was quite spacious and have amenities that we were looking for whilst we were setting up in the UAE. The location is also very central, close to restaurants and Al Wadha Mall and other activities close by!! Overall I would recommend this as the area and staff are quite nice and good.

The gym room and equipment was slightly lacking, with only 2 treadmills and a bike, we were expecting more than what was offered.

Spa staff are only girls .. I am a Men. I need gents massagers, I like the price of massages but the staff need gents Bathroom don’t have the Bathtub Need Bathtub Parking Inside allowed only with Key is not good U must put a staff inside parking and staff must ask customers about the booking id , there is no outside parking in that area. So First allowed to park your parking area with booking id with permission of your ground staff.. On my case one staff standing outside otherwise I stuck between that area

The Room and the location. And most importantly the Staff, one room was upgraded a big thanks to Iya. And we had a small issue on access card , a quick assistance from Sheriff, he did the update and handover the cards personally. A big thanks to everyone even though it was a short stay, they really made our stay a night to remember ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

When the 3rd room on the same floor was not ready due to unavailability of the cleaners. And we understand because it’s Ramadan and my daughter and her fiancee came in the middle of the night . They were transferred to top floor, but it was a very nice room, and they love 💕 it, the only missing things toiletries. But it’s not a big deal, just a comment to make it more prepared next time it happens.

- Hygiene could be better. Floor of the room wasn’t properly cleaned and you could see some crumbs and stuff at corners meaning it wasn’t done with much care - There’s a smell in corridors coming from people cooking (I assume?). Not sure if this can be solved or not though.

Internet was a problem throughout our stay, despite multiple complaints, staff there was not able to solve the problem. I believe the hotel need to increase the internet bandwidth overall for their connection. It worked OK in the morning, but in evening when load increase internet go dead. Hotel should invest on the internet, good speed internet is as necessary as water now a days.

Parking is very convenient, check-in was fast, and my room was upgraded for free as there were free rooms. Didn't use the rooftop pool, but before check-out went there just to check it - looks fine for this price - if you like to touch some water in the morning it will be fine for you, as for me, I'm looking for the views or for the fitness in the pools, so it's not for me. Location is not really great, but just because there is ongoing work on the main road that leads from the hotel to the coastline and there are no pedestrian part of the road, but it is UAE, so it should be finished soon and that will not be a problem, there is grocery nearby and pharmacy, so it is suitable anyway. It was great to have a full kitchen and washing machine - very convenient.

There were some issues with the bathroom, but as my room was updated I had a second bathroom and just used it, so not a problem for me, but you have to consider that the hotel is not brand new and something could be damaged or not work properly.

facility was clean and tidy, bedding and towels change on request, large room, working kitchen, was able to make my meals and laundry equipment, didn't have to worry about carrying back dirty clothes, friendly staff, refill of bottled water and beverages, room temperature not to hot or too cold, facility is easy to access from the public drop off points. Staff were helpful with getting a taxi.

I liked that the room had most of the essentials, including quality shampoo, washing liquid and else. There were 3 elevators that made comfortable to move around. The pool was great.

Sadly, the working hours for the pool were quite short, meanwhile one could have benefited more from the evening hours when the sun goes away. Would be great if there was some recommendations from locals where to do specific shopping and how to navigate yourself in the neighborhood.

We went on vacation with some friends and had rooms at different floors. We did not have the possibility to be on the same floor and between floors you could not take the elevator. You had to scan the card room each time you entered the elevator and you had access only to that floor. If we wanted to go to our friends room, we had to go on stairs, which could get tricky when you have small children.
