We were traveling as a family and we requested for our rooms to be close by and from a higher floor and they accommodated our wishes which we were really grateful for. The housekeeping did a fab job of cleaning the room. The location is good as it’s pretty close to many restaurants and malls. Breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. Competitive price. Friendly staff.

The overall experience was pleasant, and the hotel provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We stayed in the Deluxe Room, which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and design.

Breakfast Buffet Arrangement: The breakfast buffet was temporarily relocated to a less appropriate area to accommodate a high number of guests. This resulted in food smells spreading to other parts of the hotel, including the main entrance, which was not ideal. Lobby Temperature: The lobby area felt uncomfortably cold during this winter season (December to January). Adjusting the temperature to a more comfortable level would enhance the overall guest experience.

The Orchid cafe staff seems to be the best in addressing clients requests. Cafe has plenty of space and a reasonable choice of desserts and food. Clean spacious rooms with brand new furniture.

When I arrived the fridge was not working and more over it could not be even opened. It took two days to repair it. It took almost an hour to deliver additional pillows to the room. Room service management is not the best. I could not find a bar code in the room to get inroom dining options. Narrow beds. Breakfast quality and restaurant staff perfomance went down since 2023.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Syed went above and beyond to help my wife feel comfortable when our car got stuck in the desert sand. He helped get the police to us and was amazing on the phone with my wife calming her down. Check In was great! The pool was magnificent! Such a great hotel.

Beds could be more soft.

We booked club room which offered fresh fruits at the room every day (in our room we had only 2 apples at the first day and nothing after) The second day we left the hotel at 12:00 and return at 17:30, the room was not clean, they do it after we call The breakfast quality less than 4 stars hotels + everyday they told us that our room not on the list of include breakfast, felt not comfort The lounge bar open until 22:00 but there is nothing after 19:30 except tea and coffee Unfortunately it was not felt as 5 star hotel

Thank you so, so much to this lovely hotel and its staff for helping turn a travel disaster into a dream! After a 2am arrival, my initial accommodation through the Etihad stopover program claimed not to have any availability. Over a half-dozen of us sat fuming/falling asleep in the lobby only being told that we would have to wait until 3pm to check in, due to some sort of booking error with the stopover program that they claimed they could not rectify. Of course, this left nowhere to sleep after a long-haul flight from Europe. After calling several hotels in Abu Dhabi, by this time nearly 4am, I was fortunate to find an available room here to sleep for the night. The team helped me secure a quick booking with a discount, and welcomed me with warmth and grace upon arrival. I was given a lovely room on the 29th floor, which was perfectly equipped with all one could want or need: coffee/tea setup, workspace with strong WiFi, electronic do not disturb indication, large TV, extensive and 24/7 room service menu, a large bath, large rainfall shower, toiletries , bathrobe, slippers, and—of course—the most lovely and comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the setup of the room and hotel, including the window between the bath and bed so one can either watch TV or draw the screen down to maintain privacy; the views of Abu Dhabi through the window, and especially the glass lifts through which one can view the entire atrium. Since it was a short stay, I didn’t try too much of the hotel amenities, but I did find the dinner buffet to be delicious, extensive with healthy options, and good value. There is literally nothing not to like

The breakfast at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi was overall average. While the spread was extensive, it felt like they prioritized quantity over quality. There was a wide variety of options, but many items lacked freshness and flavor. Some dishes were cold or tasted like they had been sitting out for too long. The pastries and baked goods were decent, but nothing exceptional. Service was polite, and the ambiance was pleasant, but for a hotel of this caliber, I expected a more refined selection. If you’re looking for a filling meal with many choices, it does the job—but if you prefer high-quality, well-prepared dishes, you might be a bit disappointed.

While the stay was comfortable, a few aspects fell short of expectations. The breakfast was underwhelming, with a focus on quantity over quality. Despite the extensive spread, many items lacked freshness and flavor. Additionally, the front office reception staff could have been more welcoming and efficient. The check-in and check-out process felt impersonal and lacked the warmth expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, while the property itself is well-maintained, these aspects left room for improvement in the overall guest experience.

The personnel was super friendly and helpful ♥️ Everything was clean and nice.

In the pool there was no warning that kids can't use jacuzzi. The supervisor had to come to tell us that our almost 10 years old kid cannot use it. It was odd for us since in Finland kids go to sauna and jacuzzis for long time. Of course weather is not so hot, but maybe they could have warned about it when entering to pool area, and not when your kid is already there. They also said something that our son (who is autistic +ADHD and might feel younger than he is?) cant swim in big pool. He used float all the time and we watched after him. He is almoat 10 years old and he cant go to little kids pool either. Even he can swim he is using float to ensure that nothing happens. I even saw smaller kids diving there and the supervisor didn't say anything for them.

We loved everything! Hospitality, professionalism, friendliness, and cuortesy of the staff. We used the pool, it's not big, but very nice ambiance, everything around was clean, food was excellent with reasonable prices 👌 The room is classy and modern at the same time. There was even a wireless charger! Sauna and steam rooms are available in the pool changing room, high-end toiletries everywhere where needed. Gym was nice, pilates balls were available too. Lovely live relaxing thai music at the hotel lobby every morning. They turned the time you are waiting for your car into few miniutes of relaxation. Don't we all need that sometimes? Staff helped us to print couple of documents too. Thank you so much Dusit Thani team. I loved the sustainability part too! We already want to come back ❤️

Pillows. They are perfect for sleeping (I like soft and low pillows), but it was not comfortable to put them behind my back while having morning coffee in bed. There was only one additional pillow in the closet, but we didn't address this insignificant flaw to the staff.
