My apartment had everything I needed for a pleasant four night stay in Abu Dhabi. My bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with enough to make it possible to self cater. It even had a washing machine which was very handy. My breakfast in the restaurant was affordable and generous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the rooftop pool. I really felt relaxed in my apartment. There were restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. I used room service twice and it was delivered in good time.

The television didn't connect to WiFi. There was no view from the hotel but it wasn't necessary. Occasionally I heard street noise but it wasn't an issue at bed time.

Al Manzel is in a very good location with all that one may need at walking distance. Reached in the morning after my flight was cancelled. Marielle at reception was very professional and organized everything for me. Started with a very good buffet breakfast for 39 Dirhams and that made me forget about the cancelled flight. I was shown my room shortly after, and had to hold my jaw as it almost dropped to the floor. Spacious with all amenities including washer dryer and very comfortable beds. Slept like I never slept before and 3 hours later ordered food from the in site restaurant which was also amazing. Overall a very good experience that I am looking forward to repeat again!

As requested, we got a no smoking room in a no smoking storey. The room was spacious , clean with no tobacco smell, as well as all the facilities of the hotel. This place is perfectly adequate if you look for a non smoking accommodation in Abu Dhabi ! The kitchen has all the equipment for cooking and washing clothes (even a rack !). We didn't take the hotel breakfast as we cooked our own. Bed was super comfortable with top quality pillow and bed sheets. Hot water was never missing. The gym room is very well equipped. The pool is ok for cooling down but a bit small for lapses. The staff is very courteous, professional. and very helpful. The location was perfect in a lively popular area downtown with lots of restaurants, supermarket and a good money changer nearby!

We stayed at Al Manzel hotel apartments for a week in October'24. We got a free upgrade and we're very thankful for that. I choose this place because of a good location, availability of a kitchen, so it's a good combo of a hotel and apartment. Room service was great. Abu Dhabi mall was just across the street, bus stop also near the hotel. Once we went to the pool, small but nice, there was a gym too, but we didn't have time to go there

Very good location - close to many small.and large supermarkets. Closest one being about 20 steps away from the hotel entrance. A small restaurant called Chick Choice right outside very good too. Taxis and Ubers easy to get. I had a deluxe studio. Very good amenities- well stocked with cutlery and a microwave. Perfect if you have a longer stay and a toddler in particular. Comfortable stay. Bathroom size was a bit on the smaller side but can't complain really. Hashim was very helpful in the lobby!

Large apartment and location was very central. Easy 5 minutes walk to Abu Dhabi Mall Hotel staff were friendly.

Small cramped bathroom with no separate shower...only in the bath. The apartment was dated and smelt of damp unfortunately. Unable to open windows as these were sealed up. More room lighting required and plug sockets were in obscure places in the room. Room not hoovered daily and bins not emptied daily. No instructions provided for using the washer dryer in the room or any washing tablets/powder provided.

Everything. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately helped us take the luggage out of the taxi. They updated our room for free to a substantially larger studio, with 2 rooms, 2 baths and an open kitchen. They were extremely kind and helpfull with Everything. Honestly, they went that extra mile for the customer. One employee even joined us to an exchange office. Breakfast was excellent, with a very large variety of foods to choose from. I m looking forward to going back to that hotel. I highly recommend it.

room was spacious for 2 persons. The location was great because its near all the shops we would want to go and walk to. The room has a kitchen, small fridge and freezer and a sink. There were 2 toilet rooms and 2 beds and a small living room. We like the idea that the hotel offers a kitchen with amenities and a washing and dryer machine. Breakfast is also included even though we have a kitchen in the room.

The bathtub has a glass door or sort of a protector against water spill. The intention is well and good, but its very risky and not safe for everybody. If somebody slips in the tub, one can get hurt from that glass. There is no handle also right near the glass protector to prevent one from slipping, so again, its not quite safe for elderly and young people.fa

- Our apartment was clean and spacious, it even had two toilets - Comfortable beds - Cot available for our son - All staff we encountered was super friendly and helpful - Even though the pool was very small, it was nice to be able to swim. Free towels were available - We had room service two nights and it was excellent! Quick, great quality and not expensive at all

- Breakfast was okay, but choices were limited. We would have liked some more types of bread and cheese. The coffee also wasn't that great - We thought at first our fridge was broken. It turned out there was a switch on the other end of the kitchen. It would be good to leave a small note to inform guests of these things - We had a connecting door in our room. Someone was staying on the other side of it. Luckily this person was not noisy, but the few times he had a phone conversation we were able to hear everything he said
