The hotel wanted to cancel my booking while I was on flight There's a stove, but no cookware like a pan or pot. It is supposed that I bring them with me? No printed instructions in the room, like room service menu No bathtub Breakfast is good, but low on assortment. Orange juice was available once every 2 days Car navigation to the entrance is complicated. Taxi drivers were struggling to find it No hotel territory and facilities like bar or spa Power sockets are not compatible with EU plugs and reception doesn't have adapters I've stuck in the elevator on the check-out...

I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given a lovely room with a beautiful view that immediately made me feel relaxed and at home. I had requested an extra bed, along with additional covers and pillows, and the staff responded promptly with such attentiveness—it really made a difference in our comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was being allowed a late check-out at around 2:30 PM, which gave us the time and space to unwind and enjoy the experience even more. I mentioned a bit about some routine housekeeping checks in the bathroom drains that might be helpful to keep in mind for regular upkeep and they offered to send a staff really quickly. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and restful stay. The hospitality, the attention to detail, and the genuine care from the team made everything feel effortless. I would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable- the furniture new and always clean, also the size of it suits the size of the room, which creates more space. I like it. The bathroom also very clean, and has large space. The kitchen was very good and safe. I didn’t book with breakfast so I don’t have idea about it. About the location is really great, most of the facilities are close by, pharmacy ,supermarket , even Abu Dhabi Mall was 10 minutes away walking, also the corniche is near.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive staff. I truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and the thoughtful birthday gift – it made my experience even more special. The room itself was simply amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. It had absolutely everything I could possibly need, making my stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring everything remained spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated the most was how genuinely helpful the staff was, no matter the time of day or night. Their willingness to assist at any hour truly made a difference in my experience. Breakfast was another highlight! The variety of options was impressive, catering to all dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious choices to enjoy each morning. My only regret is that I had to leave so soon! I would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. HALA ARJAN BY ROTANA “Abu Dhabi” , just remember this name for the best hotel in Abu Dhabi I have stay at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. Ms. Riza She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I would like to thank Ms. Riza who have a friendly smile and warm greeting. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for both business or pleasure trip. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Hotel is really nice. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast were tasty and diverse (they have a corner with local dishes too so you can taste something different than standard breakfast). Location is okay, public beach is not that far, shops and restaurants are around. But one thing that deserves special praise was the staff. People who work there were super friendly, helpful and kind. Reception desk, valet, waiters, lifeguqrds (especially Arun) - all of them did great job!

Most staff were smiling and willing to help, and make our stay as enjoyable as they possibly can. Many thanks to Said and Binod in the restaurant for serving us so well and for Binod's delicious omelette. Joshua and the security team for doing their duties with humane touch, amazing guys in charge of the car park, receptionists on our first night, and the operation manager- Sameh for his professional handling of a challenging situation.

The sofa in the room should be a sofa bed for a better accommodation.

My room was quiet, always clean. Mr. Jasvere Singh made sure of it and that I my room were supplied with necessary items. Thank you very much Mr. Singh. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, same for the staff at the gym which I usually visit to do some strength building exercises. On the other hand, the hotel is nicely located in the Tourist area of Abu Dhabi and is close to the three best malls: the Dubai and the Gallerias at walking distance, and the Reem Mall which is just few minutes by taxi, this is the newest mall. The hotel internet is fast, I had no issues working from my room and anywhere in the hotel. I decided to extend my stay and would highly recommend if you come for business or leisure.

I have no comments, I am really satisfied and lucky to have experienced staying at this hotel. I would only recommend to keep it up making happy customers.

Studio room was spacious and have the necessities, even cooking appliances. Location was quite central to easily access around the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool and gym seems reasonably good. Buffet breakfast was reasonably good.

Should be more child friendly as knife was stored in bottom cabinet drawer, microwave bottom cabinet (without cabinet door), washing machine bottom (without cabinet door), glass coffee table, glass laptop table that easily fall. Didn't feel the room was clean enough, and when check-in carpet was wet at some/few part of the room. Also a staff was inside the room when we check in and going to the room. A couple of basic hotel toiletries and items wasn't provided unless requested.

Pricing was to much I. Understand it’s a busy time that needs to be considered for people like me where I was here for three weeks and couldn’t schedule around peak times loyalty should be considered
