I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given a lovely room with a beautiful view that immediately made me feel relaxed and at home. I had requested an extra bed, along with additional covers and pillows, and the staff responded promptly with such attentiveness—it really made a difference in our comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was being allowed a late check-out at around 2:30 PM, which gave us the time and space to unwind and enjoy the experience even more. I mentioned a bit about some routine housekeeping checks in the bathroom drains that might be helpful to keep in mind for regular upkeep and they offered to send a staff really quickly. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and restful stay. The hospitality, the attention to detail, and the genuine care from the team made everything feel effortless. I would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel wanted to cancel my booking while I was on flight There's a stove, but no cookware like a pan or pot. It is supposed that I bring them with me? Taxi drivers were struggling to find it No hotel territory and facilities like bar or spa Power sockets are not compatible with EU plugs and reception doesn't have adapters I've stuck in the elevator on the check-out...

Our room, a “Studio - King Bed,” had everything we needed. The kitchenette was equipped with a small pot (suitable for cooking pasta) and a pan (perfect for making an omelet). We were also provided with essential utensils like a spatula, a serving spoon, a large cutting knife, and cutlery. The room included a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and ample storage space for clothing. There was a kettle available, but no coffee machine. Additionally, the room featured a hairdryer and several complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning worked well, although we found the temperature to be fixed at 22 degrees Celsius, which was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The fridge had enough space for groceries for two people, and while the freezer was quite small, it was still functional for basic needs. The shower was spacious and comfortable. The TV was large with great sound quality, and it was easy to cast content directly from our phone (Apple) to the screen. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool located on the top floor. The pool is approximately 75 meters long and about 5 to 7.5 meters wide, with a depth of 120 cm.

The only minor downside we experienced was an occasional odor from the toilet, but this was quickly addressed and resolved by the cleaning service.

The check-in process was efficient, and I was warmly welcomed, immediately setting a positive tone for my stay. The suite was immaculately clean, elegantly furnished, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room offered ample space, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a serene ambiance conducive to both rest and productivity. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked amenities and prompt housekeeping service. The hotel’s restaurant, Café 302, offered a delightful dining experience. The breakfast selection was varied and of excellent quality, with options catering to a range of tastes and dietary needs. The dining staff were attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall experience. The location of Hala Arjaan is ideal — centrally situated in Al Zahiyah, with convenient access to business districts, shopping destinations, and the Corniche. Despite its central setting, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout my stay. Most notably, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and a strong sense of pride in their work, which truly distinguishes this hotel. In summary, my stay at Hala Arjaan by Rotana was exemplary in every respect. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable- the furniture new and always clean, also the size of it suits the size of the room, which creates more space. I like it. The bathroom also very clean, and has large space. The kitchen was very good and safe. I didn’t book with breakfast so I don’t have idea about it. About the location is really great, most of the facilities are close by, pharmacy ,supermarket , even Abu Dhabi Mall was 10 minutes away walking, also the corniche is near.

Loved the staff and facilities. Location was within easy walking distance of Mall and pubs and restaurants. Glad to see that the steam room and sauna were functioning this trip.

Room service has a limited selection. Some more maintainance needed: a cabinet door fell off and hit me in the leg, resulting in 2 large scrapes. Staff response to this was excellent. MY toilet often continually ran when flushed. I had to get maintanance twice to fix it, and housekeeping also called once. Response was fast but it was no fun calling them in the middle of the night. I learned how to take the cover off by watching maintanance do it so I didn;t have to call them in the middle of the night.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive staff. I truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and the thoughtful birthday gift – it made my experience even more special. The room itself was simply amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. It had absolutely everything I could possibly need, making my stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring everything remained spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated the most was how genuinely helpful the staff was, no matter the time of day or night. Their willingness to assist at any hour truly made a difference in my experience. Breakfast was another highlight! The variety of options was impressive, catering to all dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious choices to enjoy each morning. My only regret is that I had to leave so soon! I would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Such a great experience, needed to stay extra & the staff were incredible at organising every & making that happen at a very reasonable cost. Its nice & quiet to sleep or for noise to although situated in the middle of city. Also needed to leave the place later as our flight back was not until the evening & they let us stay for late check out until 4pm without charge. Will return again.

They where excellent at bringing extra small bottles of water for free, but they would only usually bring 2 a time so had to ask quiet often, would be great to bring at least 6 at a time.

The place, the valet parking, is convenient.

Ask the hotel to let me check in early since im coming from dubai and told me they will charge extra for it, so we waited until check in time, which is 2pm and despite of waiting the 2pm check in time it was delayed until 3pm.it Was compensated but checking out till 2pm the next day but it could've been better to let guest check in earlier if its not that busy and if they won'tallow it better we follow the check in time rules, not let us wait for more than 1 hour. Price was also higher than other hotels.
